Where was grandpa? Where was Liba? Why did no one or anything contact me anymore? Why was I alone?
Yes, alone.
Just like before. Just like in Bhutan. Sure, there were plenty of family members and friends around me. Who knew me? Who really KNEW me?
My mind, in my mind, my thoughts, my thinking was always too complicated to share. Friends could never understand. Family could never understand.
And Grandpa, too. There was so much I never told him, or said to him, due to the feeling of being too inadequate compared to his wisdom. How could I question him? How could I bring up my concerns to one so astute?
