At night.
"Answer your question, Kevin." This time the man closed the door to his room and began to urge his son to answer the question that kept making him uncomfortable because of the intense glare that intimidated him.
"Not me. I just got out of the room for dinner because I was hungry, I purposely came down after Fian's mother came back so I wouldn't get disturbed by her." Kevin answered honestly.
It's just that some of them and for answers too, the man lied to the father for someone else. "Oh yes?"
"And you're only coming back now?" asked his father which again made Kevin continue to deny his answer. "I came back after dinner three hours earlier."
"I just came down to get a drink," explained Kevin who again just kept telling lies to accept everything that was not certain. "Where's your water?" the father asked his son making Kevin swallow his saliva hard.
"I'm just drinking."
