"You're mad?" Kevin asked when the boy managed to walk quickly to cut the road to escort Arra to his class gently and tried hard not to make his feelings heat up again.
"What did I do wrong?" he grumbled, clutching the lunch box in his hands. "Vio doesn't want to listen to my explanations, he's always hurt the most as if he's the one who doesn't do anything when I'm angry. Do I have to keep succumbing to unhealthy friendships like this?"
"I'm tired, Bro." Arra looks desperate with a pitiful face and eyes that want to cry, it turns out that the woman is not as weak, and as stupid as Kevin thinks.
Even with just one look, Kevin could see that Arra's sincere and disappointed look wasn't being fooled by her face that seemed rude and annoyed.
"What do you think of Vio as your two friends?" Kevin asked looking like he needed an answer because the man wanted to help Arra a little bit so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable around him. "We've been friends for the last three months." Arra walked towards her class from the backside along with Kevin when she heard the bell start ringing.
"You feel you need that?" Kevin asked making the woman who was trying hard to neutralize her anger for Vio and Fian. "I need a friend, I want a friend who---"
"In all my life, I have never had a friend." Kevin cut Arra's words just like that because he realized that Arra's friendship with his two friends was unhealthy.
"There's nothing you can take seriously in real friendship, Arra. They only come when they want to, they only want to be close to you when you need them, they'll just keep playing your life for their monopoly. There's no fun being friends." Kevin explains what Arra will get if the girl has a friend and it will end the way she wants.
"Bro Giral and Bro Raenal never taught me like that," said Arra, realizing that Kevin was trying to advise her too far. "I'm just giving you advice if you don't accept it you don't need to wear it. I'm not forcing it," Kevin replied to Arra making the woman knit her eyebrows slowly realizing her mistake was too far.
"If you are not comfortable waiting to be picked up by Bro Giral, come to my class. Aren't you tired of playing hide and seek with Fian just to let Vio go home with Fian?"
"Think of yourself before you think of others." Kevin gave a little advice so that Arra wouldn't do anything stupid again. "I will accompany you, but not by being stupid."
Kevin let Arra arrive at his class and the man walked without saying goodbye to his class which was quite far from Arra's class at that time. Arra's brows knit together perfectly when she saw Kevin walking leisurely without a word or leaving himself speechless, even now what made Arra even more confused was how Kevin casually walked to his class when several teachers started entering the tenth grade.
"Bro Kevin is not an ordinary man, he is a devil with an angelic heart." Finished muttering Arra finally entered the classroom without saying anything. There was no Vio at all, Arra sighed heavily realizing that what they were doing and using wasn't something she needed to worry about.
Arra sat quietly in his chair, not long after that Vio came with a still confused face and sat quietly the teacher started to enter and the lesson continued well, even then Arra focused on his subject and left Vio who had been trying to find a gap. To talk to him. The school bell began to sound, some of them immediately left the classroom, with the teacher who had left the class well, and how Vio, who had been waiting for Arra's movement to finish because the girl wanted to talk to Arra after they fought without.
"Arra." Vio started by calling Arra's name a little nervously, Arra who was tidying her desk inserting some stationery could only be silent for a moment then finished it again without pause.
"I want to talk, can you give me a minute?" Vio spoke very well, even then Arra could only be silent without responding to anything. Finished with her bag, Arra chose to walk straight out of the classroom and leave Vio alone in their class, but Vio's quick movement made Arra reflexively let it go.
Vio pulled Arra's hand up to Arra's bag, Arra accidentally dropped it so that Vio let go of Arra's hand. "Arra, sorry." Ara rolled her eyes lazily.
She took his bag without speaking, glanced at Vio slightly, and began to finish his quest to leave his class without speaking.
"Why don't you want to talk to me?" This time Vio did it a little harshly, Arra who was still walking towards the exit didn't let the opportunity go to waste.
"Give me a chance to talk, why are you being so selfish with me Arra." Again doing the same thing. Arra could only stop her steps and let herself stand in front of the door which was only one big step away.
Arra turned her body and could see Vio walking towards her. "I'm sorry if I sounded harsh earlier."
"I'm just trying to make you aware that you're doing things you shouldn't be doing at school, Arra." Vio swallowed again before he spoke at length again.
"I taught you that at the beginning I did love Fian, I suggested that you be close and date Kevin." The woman was still doing the same thing she accidentally did over and over again. "But not by kissing at school, Arra."
"This is a school area, and you can't just go on a date in---"
"I'm not dating anyone," said Arra spoke up after she looked furious with what she got from Vio. "Then? You mean just---"
"I beg your mouth not to speak casually, Vio. It's useless if you re-explain it. I will do the same as you did to you." Vio swallowed hard, the woman chose to walk away leaving Vio in their class.
Once out of class Arra had to be confronted by Fian who had come to their class on purpose. "Are you going home with me because---"
"Must you be selfish to force others to love you most crazily, Fian? I'm always at a disadvantage," said Arra, walking straight to the parking lot so she didn't have to meet Vio and Fian to make her mood even worse.
"You came to my class? You're very obedient, Arra." Kevin was just about to go out to class because today's schedule was Kevin returning the book because of his picket. "No, I just realized that you helped me, Bro." Kevin chuckled, the man took a pile of package books where there were about fifteen books Kevin gave to Arra to help him.
"If I help you a few times, please help me too."
"Help me deliver this package to the library until you get a message from Bro Giral to pick you up. Do you want it? I'm grateful, and I'm honest." Arra saw Kevin annoyed, the man seemed to laugh realizing that this time it was Kevin's fault, not someone else's.
"Did you ask me to come because of this?" Arra asked if he felt himself being used by Kevin the same way Vio treated him. "Honestly not."
"I'm asking you to get out of your troubles by being chased by your two friends. They won't dare talk to me, help me." In the end, Arra chose to follow Kevin's lead who helped her to the library to return her textbooks.
"So I have to wait until Bro Giral calls me if he's going to pick me up?" Arra seems to accept Kevin's idea if he helps his senior and earns more.
Not long after that the two of them arrived at the library, sure enough. When Arra crossed paths with Vio and Fian, no one dared to greet Arra. Both chose to remain silent as Arra walked in the shadow of her older sister's steps.
"Thank you, Bro Kevin." Finished with Kevin's package, Arra was grateful when she realized what she got because Kevin accidentally helped her out of trouble. "That's not a problem." Kevin walked away from the library forgetting what happened making Arra furrow her brows slowly.
"Bro, you don't want to wait for me?" Kevin chuckled, he replied with the same nod of shaking his head. "You expect Bro Giral to pick you up?" The question returned to Arra, the woman was even surprised by what Kevin said. "What do you mean, Kevin?"
"Come home with me." Kevin took Arra's hand to come with him, making Arra, who at that time couldn't fight back, choose to be silent.
"What about Bro Giral?" asked Arra making Kevin chuckle and still didn't answer. "Bro, are you trying to kidnap me?" Still with no answer, Arra chose to follow in Kevin's footsteps because the man had no other choice.
Arriving at the parking lot, his older sister Arra began to swallow her saliva hard, the man just chose silence and looked at Kevin without saying anything. "Is this real?" Arra asked realizing if Kevin was going to take her home and didn't care how Giral would pick her up with her.
"Bro Giral won't pick you up, trust me." Arra furrowed her brows slowly, she shook her head slowly not believing what Kevin had said to her. "Why you do not want?" Kevin asked why the woman chose to withdraw.
"Bro Giral didn't tell me if he couldn't pick me up," he said, Kevin chuckled hearing how hard she was in her decision.
"Should I say it?" At that point, even Kevin had to say what he shouldn't because it made him sick. "What does Kevin want?" Raenal raised an eyebrow quite surprised.
"Just go up, I'll explain when you get to your house. You don't have to tell me where your house is if you suspect me."
