School would be resuming in a week time and my dad would be travelling back to Germany which is where he mainly stays due of the nature if his job. I had to prepare for my resumption but my step mother won't let me do so. She didn't care how important what I was doing was at any moment she calls me to do something and I dared not refuse else my punishment was to make food for the whole day and not having to taste out of it, though I wasn't even eating enough before even at my dad's presence
~Trinity~
I was packing some of my old school dresses that I didn't know when I threw some useful ones on the floor. Now I had to start cleaning. I picked them up and cleaned my room, picked up my phone.
Apart from being a student I was a content creator also, for YouTube and I have a lot of subscribers. When on holidays, i often create videos at the basketball lessons. I had more views and more money into my account.
I went into my elder sisters room and met her crying. I was surprised what could have caused her to cry, then I realised it must have been my mum.
"Sis, you're crying is all well".
"All is well Trinity, whats the problem",she said trying to wear a plastic smile on her face but I couldn't be deceived so easily".
"Delilah, you are crying don't deceive me with the plastic smile you more just now".
"Trinity am fine".
"You of all people know I won't take that, tell me whats wrong, I know its mum what did she do this time",i said and she bursted into fresh tears this time.
I tried putting and begging her to at least stop crying but she refused. After threatening her to also start crying, she stopped and said.
"Trinity, I feel am not a daughter in this house, am not even treated as one, even dad dosent even care not even mum".
"Delililah, don't talk about mum, but for all this I blame you".
"Blame me how?"
"You have a mum, your mum is alive what are you doing here, with the look of things you are not living a good life in your fathers house"
"I could have, but my mum dosent seem to care also, your mum takes care of you but my case is different, when I go there, she lies to her husband that am her niece, gives me money and send me back home. Is money life, No but my mum dosent seem to understand. My mum is living under that man because of his money, she has forgotten she has a daughter and i have made up my mind am never going back to her".
"Seriously, I don't get you why would she do that".
"Am serious, she dosent even call i don't know why life chooses this for me, both my mom and dad don't care about my welfare, all they care about is money".
" But you have a sister that cares Nd a friend that does, Valentia isn't it"
"You are right but I wish my parents also appreciate me".
"Do you call grandma, the last time I called her about this, she said she will talk to dad and also call you didn't she"
"She did but she was just talking about patience for how many years, you know Grandma had grown into those African beliefs, its not easy to have a nigerian Grandmother. I have being patience for long without any results. Honestly am fed up".

"Thats grandma for you".
"Trinity you know what"
"What?"
"I think mummy just hates me, not that she dosent want a step daughter, she just hates me as a daughter, even dad does at times even though its not everytime like mum"
"What makes you think so"
"How about Laura, she treats Laura an ordinary made right, very since she came into this house, people don't even know she's an ordinary maid" she kept quiet and bowed her head down.
"Why aren't you taking"
Trinity gave a deep sigh and I asked,"Are you okay trinity why the very long deep sigh and change of countenance.
"Delilah,there something you need to know about Laura"
"What tell me".
