The men from across the sea just had a battle with Bait; even if this side of Towana was considered weak, they must have put on a fight, and Avalo should have lost some men. The Generals, as well as the emperor, knew of the secret weapon of Bait as long as Sebastian's men were injured, no matter how small they would be poisoned. This situation made it the perfect time to attack with full force.
