Jerry's not paying attention to Sim calls. He kept his focus on swinging his sword into the air, like someone was fighting him. "Be quiet or I'll ask you to fight me!"
Omg! You're so scary, Jerry. You're so different from what I used to know."
Jerry just quit. He reached into sim and put his sword in the sheath. "How was I in the past?"
Sim smiled thoughtfully. "Maybe you're more optimistic now! And your aura grows stronger."
Jerry is pensive. He remembered that he was ambitious in every way. His lack, however, was always pessimistic about his own abilities. It dawned on him when he first joined the horathomi empire.
"You can really cheer me up, sim."
Sim raised her eyebrows. "Why? Are you sad?"
"I don't know. Just a little confused."
"Oh, I see. I think it's best to follow your heart. Maybe you can't choose between hearts or minds. God always speaks through our hearts."
