Chapter 7 - The King knew that Rosesnow is telling the truth

"I knew Snow because I was there with her mother to give birth, and I performed a mouth to mouth as well as chest compression. Everyone else had given up on her, unfortunately not me, and I brought her back to life. I was also the one who gave the red hand-mark on the left side of her neck, and it allowed me to straight away recognized her. I spend days and nights with her as her mother passed away 3 or 4 hours afterwards. She wouldn't let any man go anywhere near her, and she wouldn't let them ride her at all. It was harrowing to watch Snow grow up without a mother, and some other mares helped me to give milk to Snow."

"Snow became my best friend, and she brought me comfort while my father was trying to get me to marry him. But when I was twelve years old, my father sold Snow, and I was drying in my mother's arms. However, the person who brought Snow allowed me to spend more time with her, and he could tell that there was a bond between us two. I remembered saying to Snow that I would find her, and the person promised me that he would make sure that she is 100% properly cared for after hearing from me about Snow's past. After that, I stayed in my bedroom and wouldn't come out of my room at all."

The neighbours, one of them was there when I brought Snow back to life, told my father off for selling Snow for his deeds, and I was allowed to stay at his house. He allowed me to read some books, and that's how I knew that Snow couldn't leave her foals unguarded on their own until they are three months old before they can be on their own." The King saw that Rosesnow told the truth, and he led her to the bed. Rosesnow wiped tears from her face as some of the tears were rolling down her face, and the King kissed her on the lips as he removed her clothes. The King removed his clothes, and he held her close to him.

The King laid Rosesnow on the bed, and he places himself on top of her. The King looked at Rosesnow, and he said. "You were courageous to calm Snow down, and you did the right thing to save her second foal. Is that picture that you are going to paint is of Snow, her two foals and the other horse?" Rosesnow nodded her head, and the King laid next to her. The King placed the duvet over him and Rose. They went to sleep, and everyone went to bed. Before sunrise, Rosesnow got out of bed, and she got dressed. The King watched her as she got dressed, and Rosesnow did her hair in a bun.

She places the hat back on her head to cover her hair, and she opened the curtains. Rosesnow unlocked the door, and the King got out of bed. The King got all of his clothes together, and he rushed back to his bed-chamber. Philip got the paints ready to paint the picture, and he had breakfast in his bed-chamber. Philip slowly started to paint the picture, and he mixed some paints. Philip gently paints the first foal, the second foal, and the horse's head. Gaston was busy finishing the portrait of the King and Queen. Philip (Rosesnow) was 75% way through the painting, and it was 25% nearly finished.

The King barged into the bed-chamber, and Philip nearly dropped the paintbrush as he didn't expect the King to barge in while he is painting as well as the King doesn't come into the bed-chamber during the day. The King slams the door shut, and he is furious as well as he was about to burst. Philip places the wooden pallet, the paintbrush down near the tripod, and he glances at the King at a safe distance. Philip knew that something is wrong with how the King is acting, and he (Philip) doesn't say anything towards the King. Philip turns back to the painting, and he went down on his knees as he wants to get the grass and inside of the stable bang on perfect.

Philip knew that there was another chair in the room, and he slowly picked up the paintbrushes. Philip double checks if the grass and the stable floor are dry or not. They were dry, and he gave the grass another coat of paint of neon-green, dark green, and pale green. The King sat down, and he watches Philip as he paints. Philip used a sandy brown for the stable floor, and he used white smoke, baby powered, and snow-white paints to give the stable a calming, relaxing atmosphere. The King straight away calmed down, and he relaxes as Philip finished the painting. Philip places the paintbrush, down and he sighed with relief.

The King stood up, and he strode over to Philip. There was a knock at the door, and the King spoke. "Come in." The door opened, and Gaston walked into the bed-chamber. Gaston closed the door behind him, and Philip knew that something is not right. Gaston quick marched over to the King and Philip. The King knew that something is wrong, and Gaston announced. "Rosesnow, you have to be strong because I just been told by Tom that your fake father is looking for you right at this very moment, and you should stay here. As your fake father is going from house to house, and he is searching throughout the houses as he is filled with rage."

"My house is going to be last as he is going from town to town to find you. I am sure that his Majesty will ensure that you are safe if your fake father finds out that you are here. Edward also told me that your fake mother had asked him to warn you if your fake father orders you to return to his house. Your fake father will drag you by your hands to the basement, and you will get beaten up badly as well as tortured."
