"What did you just say?" the materialized body repeated its words. Even someone of its kind found it hard to believe what Devon had just said.
If Devon lost the bet, he was going to give up his body, the gold and violet particles inside him, and most especially his bone structure. What sort of concept was this.
The black being couldn't believe someone was willing to stake all this. Except the person was very confident in his strength if no one would dare to risk this much.
Suddenly, a chuckle escaped the black being mouth, "Hehehehehehe.... I can kill you and occupy your body, so what's the need to bet with you." the black being said. To the black being, humans were all very cunning and deceptive, it wasn't a good thing to play around with such people.
Devon shook their head, "With your current state, you are still far from being able to kill me, not to mention occupying this body." Devon said.
