A new day dawned upon us after an eventless week. I was more than glad that I didn't have to see that man since I sat in my class trying to complete the dress before the deadline. Although we were in the same department, the difference in the floors made me feel safe. Yet I was still worried about him coming here and stalking me on every little thing I did. And certainly, the last thing I needed to see was Lucas fighting him and receiving an injury even when he could defend himself.
The last part did happen once when Lucas wanted me to visit his section on the seventh day. At that time, Mel and Aidan were as usual taking a stroll in the middle floor's corridor rather than in either of the floors. Well, Mel would have called me and Aidan would have seen me in the classroom if I hadn't told her that things had ended on an ugly note between us. I didn't want him to be seen in a bad light by other people though he had betrayed me by harming me a little to get Lucas to suffer.
