"Delicious! Delicious!"
Kiyomi was devouring an entire plate of fish that Urokodaki had caught from the river.
'Are you sure you're not the daughter of Rengoku and Mitsuri???' thought Urokodaki.
He had never seen anyone who ate fish with such intensity as Kiyomi, except Rengoku, the current fire pillar, and Mitsuri, the current love pillar.
They were bound to be best friends in another world, a world without demons.
"Thank you for the meal, old man!" Finishing her food, Kiyomi cutely yawned.
"Can you wake me up when It's about to be nighttime? I'm going to take a nap. Thanks!"
Transforming into her hybrid form, Kiyomi used her fluffy tails a pillow, got into a comfortable position, and fell asleep.
Stunned by the smooth operation of the fluffy ball fur in the corner, Urokodaki's face darkened.
Helpless, he went into a separate room, took out a piece of paper, and started writing.
...
"Girl, wake up!" Urokodaki poked the head of Kiyomi.
"Mmm~ five more minutes..."
*Tic-Tac*
The veins on Urokodaki's face popped as he knocked on Kiyomi's head with a fist.
"The sun had already fallen! Now get up!"
"Ow~!" Rubbing the small bump on her head, Kiyomi transformed back into her human form and stretched.
Gathering all of her belongings, Kiyomi stepped out of the cottage and waved Urokodaki goodbye.
"This little lass!"
*Sigh!*
Urokodaki shook his head as he watched Kiyomi descend the mountain.
Running down the mountain, Kiyomi felt the cold air brushing against her cheeks.
The sky was clear, and countless bright stars illuminated the surrounding shrubberies and plantations.
"Tonight is a good night!" Turning into her adult form so that she can run faster, she happily hummed another song as she continued on her journey back home.
She reached the small village that was between Sagiri mountain and Kumotori mountain on her way back and decided to take a small break.
Taking a medium-sized, uncooked fish from her backpack that was wrapped in a cloth to keep it clean, Kiyomi picked it up by the tail and slurped on it, leaving only the bones.
Quickly devouring the fish, she licked her finger as she threw the cleaned-out fish bones on the ground.
The moonlight shining on her beautiful face and the blood still on her lips gave her an enchanting and seductive image.
The smell of fishy blood lingered in the air.
*Rustle*
The sound of leaves whirled through the air as Kiyomi moved her head to look at the direction she heard the movement coming from.
'Ho~? Another one? This is the second one I've met. Hopefully, you won't disappoint me as the first one did.'
A hideous-looking demon with scars all over his body, each scar over six inches long.
He wickedly long claws and his face was full of popped veins as he breathed a long stream of white smoke into the air.
*Growl.....*
"Flesh... I need human meat!"
'Oh.. he seems hungry. I'm also quite hungry. Oh well, let's just test my abilities on the guy.'
Kiyomi took another fish and devoured it in a few seconds, looking blissful.
To the demon, what he saw was an incomparably beautiful image of a beauty downing a piece of human flesh that he wanted very badly.
His eyes were already blurry from the lack of food.
*Roar!*
He pounced on Kiyomi as his hunger urged him to strike.
Easily avoiding the pounce, Kiyomi took out a separate package from her box that Kokushibo originally gave her, before she gained the ability to eat fish as a substitute for human flesh and bones.
"Hey, you. You're hungry, aren't you? Do you want this?" Kiyomi shook the bloodied package in her hands.
The blood dripped through the cloth and down onto the soil.
"Flesh! Flesh! Flesh!!" The crazy demon who had lost his mind at the smell of human blood once again irrationally pounced on Kiyomi.
Losing her patience with the demon, Kiyomi turned into her hybrid form and held onto the head of the demon, tightly.
Realizing that he could not deal with the powerful girl in front of him, the demon regained a little of his reasoning and stopped struggling.
"Good boy~ do you want this piece of flesh?" Asked Kiyomi, smiling sadistically at the demon.
The demon, still somewhat irrational from hunger, nodded his head rapidly.
"Here you are~"
Throwing the piece of flesh onto the ground, Kiyomi loosened her grip on the demon's head.
In an instant, the demon broke free from her grasp and rushed to the flesh on the ground.
Finishing the meat in one big gulp, the demon turned to Kiyomi, as if a dog asking its owner for more food.
"Do you want more?"
The demon kneeling on the floor nodded his head immediately at the sentence of Kiyomi.
"Lick the residue blood off of my hands first." Kiyomi tried to hide the sadistic smile from her face.
Getting up from his kneeling position, the demon speedily walked up to Kiyomi and was about to lick the blood from her hands.
"Heh... Blood Demon Art: Sacrifice of the Gods"
Not being able to respond in time, Kiyomi's sharp fingernails penetrated through the demon's head.
Within four breaths of time, the demon's body shrunk and withered as Kiyomi's breath felt more and more powerful.
Until all that was left was a mere husk of the former demon, was then Kiyomi satisfied.
'This demon art seemed very useful. It helps to obtain what little of Muzan's blood is left in the demon and feeds it back to me.'
Kiyomi looked up at the shining moon.
'Another effect of this demon art is that using the dance of the Moon Goddess will also slightly purify my blood. Maybe one day, I'll be able to stand in the sun again, without the blue spider lily and Tamayo's help.'
Glancing at the husk of the demon, Kiyomi raised an eyebrow.
'I never knew I had a sadistic side to me. Weird.'
