The golems came charging to us. I casted [Swift] around me affecting Alicia. With enough training on magic control, I managed to make [Swift] an Area of Effect(AoE) ability rather than a single target ability. Making it a good team buff skill.
A green magic circle appeared beneath my feet surrounding me and Alicia. A gust of wind flowed through our body. Boosting our speed and agility, we dodged the golems' charging attacks with ease.
We separated from each other, it is now a 1 vs 1 situation between me and the small golem.
I draw my sword and imbued it with fire magic. With the result of my training, I managed to transfer my magic to my sword. The fire spiraled from my hand to the tip of my sword.
The small golem charged to me again. With [Swift] still on effect, I dodged the golem's attack and dashed to the side. I jumped towards the small golem with an overhead slash. I slashed through one of its arm. The small golem turned to me and attacked me with a punch using its other arm. I slid below and slashed one of its leg, restricting its movement. The golem fell down, the ground trembled a bit to its fall. After that, I added more fire magic to the tip of my sword as I pierce through the golem's core. The core broke and the golem disappeared leaving behind a crystal which is quite bigger than the crystal that the wolves drops.
Alicia, on the other side, defeated the golem without trouble. She may be a little girl but her strength is of the dragons. Noticing my gaze, she put up a sweet smile to me.
My heart skipped a bit, that was bad for me. A little girl's smile is truly a terrifying weapon.
We finished our job fast but we decided to explore more of the Abyss. Gathering ores and minerals since we can use them to craft weapons, armors, and accessories that are useful for adventuring or we can just sell them for more money. We also encountered different types of mobs here in the Abyss. The wolves which are bigger than the ones on the outside. Armadillos whose bodies are covered in rocks and several different reptiles that are covered with rocks as well.
"Phew, I think we should call this a day Alicia."
"Aye! I wanna go back and eat more chocolates!"
"Yeah yeah sure sure" I patted her head.
"Ehehe."
"Kyaaa!"
Just as we are about to go back, we heard a scream and saw two girls being cornered by golems and other mobs.
"Alicia!"
"Aye!"
I casted [Swift] to us and dashed to them.
