As she walk the grey bricks turned frozen solid.
With each step, everything froze in her path. As she speak the place got heavier as if gravity was increasing, little by little.
"It sure did took me in surprise that you were able to withstand an attack from my partner. Even though you have been here only for a month, to be able to produce such a sturdy defense! Amazing!" She said in delight.
Her partner is that enormous snake? Doesn't matter! I have to buy some time right now!

"Please, I am not barbaric like the other generals. Because of the seal, the other three are still hidden in attempt to revive our lord. While me and the other two are just going here and there to restore our powers"
"Then shouldn't you be with them to help them?" I ask.
"I do not know how to execute the ritual unlike the others. Which is why I am here to take control of the magi stones to absorb them"
If I was the demon king I would have already sent out all my forces to kill the hero, which is me, who is the biggest threat. It makes sense that he didn't attacked me if he was dead already to begin with. This is some valuable information.

I slowly drink the water and I was able to speak more clearly.
She stand up and created a chair and a table made out of ice. After healing myself, I sit down after her and it wasn't cold at all. Its warm! How can ice be so warm and cozy?

"I'll introduce myself then. I am Michael, the hero chosen by the gods"
"As I mentioned earlier, I am Leviathan, ruler of the sea and one of the seven demon generals."
She put a pouch on the table and pull out some kind of a gemstone.
"Inside this special soul stone, the spirit of my younger brother is inside. Due to some accidents a hundred years ago he received fatal injuries in a fight. Using a forbidden spell I put his soul inside since the wounds were not able to be healed by normal means. Now that his body has been repaired, all I need is for his soul and body to unite again.
You do that, I won't kill you for the rest of my life additionally I will grant one of your wish anytime you want."
After calming down herself, she speaks more seriously and more matured.
She has this solemn aura emanating just from her gaze and posture.
"I will but before that will you please explain me why you won't kill me. I obviously feel lucky that I won't die but as a demon general who serves directly under the demon king, why won't you kill the very person who is the biggest threat to the person you worship?" I ask.
"That would be because I would do anything for my little brother. The reason why I joined the demon king's army is so that I can make sure that my little brother would be safe. And if you are curious as to why I am not using coercion to force you to do this is because you might obliterate my brother's soul midway"
She think this through in that small amount of time.
I trembled as I ask.
"I have a skill to create a soul contract. I'm pretty sure you already get what I am trying to say here, right?"
She inhaled and close her eyes for a bit.
"Yes I do. Also from now on please call me Levi"
After signing the contract a small boy's body appeared on top of the table. They sure do look alike. I can feel a bit of holy magic in his body. As a demon, that will do leave a pretty painful wound.
"To put a high ranking soul, would consume a lot of mana. And since I have no talent in magic, my mana pool is also small. Can you give me some of yours while I'm doing it?"
"Of course I will"
After restoring both my mana and energy. I started to begin putting her brother's soul into the body. As expected from a demon, his soul sure is fighting back a lot.

The girl(?) who is wearing such frilly clothes, with a feminine voice, and that seductive air around her is a man?!

"Before you go, can you also remove the curse you put on the mayor's son?"
She nodded.

Everything happened so fast it's as if nothing happened at all.
Alfred came shortly after them.
