"I'm only here to look you, Bedelia! That's the only reason I'm here" Jace explained bitterly, he was only here because he cared for her, to protect her but Bedelia wasn't seeing any of that. She was self absorb to notice any of that and it just made him angrier.
"He wanted her to know that he cared, that he was here for her and just as she staggered. Jace reached out to hold her only to have his hand shrugged off.
"I didn't ask any of this, Jace. I didn't beg you for any of that, you wanted to do it so you did. You made your own decision so stop making me look guilty here! And with just a glare, Bedelia shrugged him out of the way and made her way to the bathroom.
She hated herself and loudly, she cursed herself. What had she done? She had spoken to her best friend in the worst way any human would do. She wanted to turn back and apologize, to run back into his arm but instead she kept on walking.
