Cordellia looked at the familiar curtains in front of her. Her breath hitched slightly as she hesitated whether to enter or not. After leaving the photoshoot she didn't see Elena leave the palace. Instead, she entered the second prince's room. She curiously followed her only to lose her around this spot.
'Lucas should be in his office at this moment anyways. There's no way he would be here now.' Cordellia braced herself with that thought. She fixed the few golden wavy locks caressing her face.
She moved the curtain entering the huge hall. Elena wasn't there. She turned away to leave only to be pulled back into a strong embrace.
The familiar touch on her waist made her stop her reflexive retaliation.
Lucas nuzzled his head on her shoulder as he caught a whiff of the soothing scent of her hair. Cordellia felt the grip on her waist get stronger.
"You said you won't bother me again, didn't you?" She spoke nonchalantly.
