"Also, get ready to face my consequences too because I won't let her go scot-free for harming my grandchild," Mrs Smith said sternly.
She still wanted to exchange words with Mrs Allen when Max arrived.
Mrs Smith was lucky to get bailed out since the police didn't get evidence of her involvement in the case but they made it clear to her that she will be invited to the police station again if new evidence surfaced.
"See what I have always told you. I have repeatedly told you that obsessing over Jackson won't do you any good but you wouldn't listen now have you seen the mess you have caused?" Mrs Allen said.
"I have now become a thing of national ridicule and this is all because of you. Are you satisfied now huh?" Mrs Allen reprimanded Jane who has refused to utter a word since she reached the police station.
The first thing Mrs Smith asked Max to do the moment she entered the car parked in front of the police station was to take her to the hospital.
