"If you value your life and that of the child more than your work then you will quietly follow me but you can choose to do otherwise if you value your work more than your child's life," Mr Avans said coldly. At the mention of her baby, Jasmine stared at her father's face closely.
"And what about Natasha?" Jasmine asked curiously. She waited for her father to speak but the man didn't utter a word after cruelly arousing her curiosity.
Eric finally pulled over in front of Mr Avans's favourite restaurant. Mr Avans stepped out of the car after Eric had rushed to open the door of the car for him. He walked majestically into the restaurant.
Entering the restaurant Jasmine wasn't surprised to see that it was empty with only a few of the restaurant employees present. They were directed to a particular seat far away from the counter where the employees stood waiting for their orders.
