"Break up with you?' Jasmine asked with a smile.
"That's just your wishful thinking. You are stuck with me all your life. Also, I am not ready to be a single...," Jasmine abruptly stopped talking when she realised what she was about to say.
"Why did you pause? Complete your words I wanna hear what you were about to tell me," Jackson said also staring into her eyeballs.
I can't tell him that I wanted to say I am not ready to be a single mum. He is gonna immediately guessed that I am pregnant.
Jasmine thought still gazing at Jackson. She tried to think of a convincing lie to tell Jackson that will clear off his curiosity.
"I wanted to say that I am not ready to become a single old lady. I love you way too much to settle for another man," Jasmine said in a playful tone immediately brushing off Jackson's suspicion with her sweet confession.
