"And who said I wanted to divorce you," Elizabeth said as she brought back her gaze to him.
"Then if you had no intention of divorcing me then why did you always mention divorce each time I try to apologise?" Alfred asked curiously not knowing what was going through his wife's head at the moment.
"Of course, I only wanted to scare you. Anyways, why on earth would I divorce you? Is it so that she will seize that opportunity to jump on you?" Elizabeth asked seriously.
"Hell no, I would never give her that pleasure," Elizabeth said fiercely.
If she could ask for a divorce just to scare me that is to say that she is a lady to be feared. I should never do anything to upset her again because I can't even fathom what she will do.
Alfred thought as he forced on a smile.
"What do you want me to do for you to forgive me?" Alfred asked anxiously.
