"Cat, I know that you don't like the poor guy but be more gentle ok. Have mercy on his poor heart. I felt so terrible when I saw him drinking alone because you rejected him," Jasmine said in a serious tone.
"He was the one who was foolish enough to ask me to be his girlfriend. He can't blame me for rejecting his proposal. And even though I end up marrying I wouldn't marry a softhearted man like him so he should toughen up if he wants to stand a chance," Catherine said in an indifferent tone. She did not feel bad that she made someone sad.
For the next four days, Jasmine took it upon herself to take care of the wounded Jackson. Although he knew that this caring side of hers was temporary he could not stop himself from being very happy. The two naughty guys were happy too. They repeatedly voiced out their happiness so many times when Jasmine was not around. They wished they could get to see this new side of hers every day.
