It's been seventy-two hours since The three have completed the Academies labyrinth. Archbishop Olma met up with Vix, Levi, and Alex, giving them their hunter I.d. The four ate a meal together, discussing the events that have happened while Vix and his team were stuck in the Labyrinth. As of right now, no one knows why the three couldn't teleport out of the Labyrinth. But the results were worth it as all three of the former new students have gained abilities worth being called a rank hunter.
As the four finished their meal, Archbishop filled the three in about the Tower of Chaos. He told them how three years ago, the tower appeared with a voice telling everyone to participate in the tower, as a way for humanity to get stronger than it bypasses the experience given from the Labyrinths. The Tower consists of two hundred and fifty floors, each floor being based on a different world; the concept was easy to defeat the gatekeeper of each floor and advance. It helps the new generations experience real-world combat. It also gives the participants a place to stay hence no longer needing to pay for a room at an inn. Archbishop Olma also told them the Tower of chaos was like a portal to different worlds. He also encouraged them to find more members for their team to give them a better success rate at survival as to, ever since the Tower appeared, the gods have been going even more rampant. The world needs more 'SSS' rank hunters or even a few 'Star' rank hunters.
Vix, Alex, and Lexi thanked the Archbishop for the meal and information they so needed. Gathering all of their belongings, they bid their farewells to the Archbishop and the Acadamy,
It only took the group a few hours to reach the Tower of Chaos; the tower was located on the city's outskirts directly in the middle of the Shattered Plains. The Shattered Plains was a barren wasteland home to a multitude of different craters and canyons.
As Vix,s group approached the tower; they couldn't be more amazed at how the tower was the size of two cities. It also reached past the clouds. The tower gave off an unknown present; the tower was completely black with a red tint. There were openings throughout the tower as if it were holes for air or even windows. After about four hundred feet of the tower's length, the surrounding towns can see platforms along the sides of the tower. It only gets the group more excited as Vix said, ' we will not leave until we have reached the highest floor. I want each of you to find two individuals, each subordinate at the beginning stages and after the higher floors recruit a powerful hunter 'S' rank or higher.' Levi and Alex nodded, acknowledging their mission at hand as Vix continued speaking. "so we will split up; from the information we were given from Archbishop Olma, participants are not allowed to bring in any object from outside the tower, only physical abilities and spiritual powers. Vix gave the butler his i.d as the butler took it closed his eye for a few moments, then returned it to Vix, then asked Vix under what category his spirit energy was under. Vix then responded, telling him that he was an enhancer with the spirit of the demigod Asura. Afterward, a maid hologram came out of nowhere, bowing to Vix as the Butler behind the desk said, " Vix do not be alarmed; every participant is given either a maid or butler to assist them in their journey through the tower." He then began telling Vix the same information about the tower the Archbishop told them, only there was a big part the Archbishop didn't tell them. The life energy all beings have is called ( Nen ), with four major principles called Ten, Zetsu, Ren, and Hatsu. These skills are acquired by fully awakening one's life energy; At the same time, one may create a Spirit weapon or Spirit armor with God's energy, there's a limit to how strong it is, but by acquiring the four major principles of Nen, the power of an individual's God energy is fully awakened.
The butler preceded to explain that the maid didn't have a name as it was an AI created by the tower to train the participants in the four major principles. After explaining the basic info of the tower, the butler took all of Vix's belongings, storing them into a storage ring and locking it away, giving Vix the basic equipment for new participants, a tan shirt and tan pants also a pair of tan tabis's.
A few moments later, Vix came out of the dressing room wearing the basic equipment. He and the maid that he named Ella entered the first floor of the tower of chaos. When the Archbishop told Vixs team about each floor on the tower being a different world, he wasn't exaggerating its details. The first floor looks almost like the real world, but it was more of a jungle world. There were temples everywhere as if some ancient civilization worshipped some deity here.
Ella began to speak all of a sudden, saying," matter, Vix, the first floor is a tutorial floor. The concept is to defeat as many enemies as you can within a twenty-four-hour time frame. Based on the completion of this mission, the tower can collect the data from your battles and accommodate the tower to your power level, thus improving your Nen. After the first floor, I will teach you the four major principles of Nen and its uses. As you know, it is prohibited for anyone to bring anything into the tower because the tower has treasures through the tower as the gatekeepers drop unique items that increase one's Spirit armor and weapons.'

Six hours went by. Vix has already killed thousands of the E-ranked creatures, and Vix's fist and body weren't to get fatigued as even though these were rank E humanoid creatures, their power was that of a C rank hunter's strength. It was indeed easy combat. It was just tiring as to the humanoid creatures never ended what tops it all of every hour seven two meter humanoid creatures appear, making it a little tough to fight like all the creatures attack at once with no coordination whatsoever. Vix still had eighteen hours left till he could stop fighting until the time limit was up.
