Banality and mediocrity were the things Nazar has been running from for ages. Born as a son of a poor man in the streets of Cairo, during times where a man with no wealthy was of no honor. When Nazar had reached twenty, he struggled his way out of bondage, alongside his younger brother Antonio who was a young boy of fifteen years old. They were slaves, working for the gods of Egypt building the pyramids and their castles.
They grew up slaves, as was their father and his father before them. But to Nazar, that was never enough for him. He envisioned himself to be more than just an ordinary slave obeying orders from his master.
On one night, he planned an escape for himself and Antonio. Passing through the streets of Cairo at night was never an easy task for a slave. It was guarded by hundreds of armed guards, but his master plan made sure they crossed the red sea to Rome where their unexpected fait awaited them.
While they were on the boat, all alone in the middle of the sea at night. Antonio was trembling with fear, the punishment for a runaway slave was death by being beheaded in front of the mass. He had seen it before, slaves everyday were beheaded in front of his eyes and he feared facing the same fate.
"Let's go back" He said to Nazar who was rowing the boat. "Brother, I would rather live a slave than beheaded in front of the whole city"
"Nonsense! Freedom is worth everything. I will never let you be a slave, you hear me Antonio? We are going to our freedom you just have to be patient"
"How do you know we are going to be free in Rome? We are still going to be enslaved..."
"At least it won't be in the land which held bondage our ancestors" Nazar replied and he kept rowing and not looking at his brother who had carried that silly face and he was shaking.
Nazar threw him a blanket and a coat so as to cover himself from the cold wind and it was too dark. At first light, they had reached Rome but they didn't go through the main gate of the city for fear of being noticed as escaped slaves. Rather they walked their ways as fishermen, and they were granted passage to go inside the city.
Everything was different from their home, Rome was the destination of many. It was a city of dreams, whores, wine and gold, plus arenas and fighting spots. Nazar being a giant as he was since his early twenties favored him to be hired as a fighter for a man known as Dremisio who owned gold fit for the whole city and had titans who were trained to bring honor to his name.
Nazar gained a spot at his home after winning a fight against his unbeatable champion. From that moment, he gained fame and he was given a place inside Dremisio's castle where he lived in with his brother, Antonio. Fear of being back to being a slave and letting down his younger brother, Nazar fought like a true champion with purpose.
He never lost a fight, not even once. Every one who challenged him ended up badly wounded or dead in the arena. The whole city shouted his name, even the young children idolized him for his courage and strength. And after ten years of blood, sweat and hard working but with not so much profit. Nazar had met Lunara who was a powerful woman with wealth double that of Dremisio and so it happened she was in love with Nazar, they went on dates which later resulted into marriage.
Henceforth, Nazar became the master of Lunara's wealth and everything she owned. Horses, gold, castles, servants, slaves and even herself became Nazar's property because as a wife she belonged to him. But Lunara had a secret that she never told anyone, that she was a witch. A very powerful witch during her times.
Nazar undertook the decisions to marry Lunara because of his brother who at that time had yet to find his purpose in life, and after he married Lunara, he gave Antonio a huge castle with servants and they ruled Rome. That was before Nazar met Rasheeda, a beautiful woman who became his true love and his undying love to her is what caused Lunara to punish him, turned him to a vampire and condemn him to a life time of misery after she killed Rasheeda in blood sacrifice.

When Nazar carried Alice in his shoulders and vanish, he didn't go very far from Warlington. He knew he could never leave until his mission to awaken his werewolf gene was a success, and the key to that was Alice so he held her ransom in a huge plantation house, which looked like a museum and was filled with dust.
"What do you want from me...". Alice asked when she woke up and found herself on a couch. First, she sneezed as the dust overwhelmed her and when she looked around it was all over. The house was dirtier than any place she had ever set foot on. She asked again "What do you want from me?"
"You'll know when I'm done with you"
"Who are you?"
"You still haven't got a clue? Well, honey you are slow I'll give you that"
Alice stayed quiet for a minute, as if she was thinking about something and then she had a clue "Nazar!"
"The one and only"
"You are awake..."
"Is that a surprise?"
"What do you want from me? The curse is broken..."
"As long as you live poor child, you will always be wanted for something. You are the key , to almost everything"
He was holding a bowl which had water inside it. He closed his eyes, tried to chant a few spells but nothing happened. He kept trying and trying but there was nothing, and he silently murmured "That bitch took my powers..."
"Let me go" Alice shouted.
"Be quiet..."
"You got what you wanted, now let me go"
"You know I can't do that. I am your worst nightmare honey but I promise..." He said and moved closer to Alice. He cupped her face inside his hands "You are way safer with me. First I will reverse whatever spell she did on you and you will be back to be human"
"Spell?"
"Yes the blood sucking spell she did on you so as to make you impure. But lucky for me..."
The door of the house opened, and a total of five witches walked inside. They wore matching white dresses, and they were all black. Their leader, was Jasmine who Nazar had peaked up a trail of her as he was on his way to Warlington. She is a powerful witch and those who followed her were the witches in her coven of only five witches.
"You only been alive for no longer than seventy two hours and I heard you have already caused a mess" said Jasmine when she barged in. She didn't even look at Nazar, directed her witches to sit down and they took out their ingredients.
"Took you long enough" said Nazar and he stood up and moved closer to her. "You were supposed to be here since last night. It's morning now..."
"It's six am in the morning. Traffic can be crazy Nazar, calm down"
"What are they doing?" He pointed at the witches who were drawing a pentagon by using salt, they seemed rather busy.
"What we came here for...is that her?"
"Yes, as you warned me that Lunara would be too wicked to impure her well...she's a vampire now"
Jasmine grabbed her attention to Alice, she walked to her surveying Alice's eyes as if looking for something. Then she walked back to Nazar "I need to test a theory. Here, bit me" she said and Nazar wasted no time he grabbed her arm and bit it.
She then returned to Alice whose eyes had started turning, and the smell of blood drove her crazy. "Take that away from me..." she shouted at Jasmine desperately trying to fight the urge to suck her dry.
"It's okay Alice. It's fine, you can drink it"
Nazar intervened "What are you doing Jas..."
"Just watch!"
Jasmine moved closer to Alice, placed her bleeding arm just close to her mouth. Alice cried and even looked away fighting with everything she had but gave up and quickly grabbed Jasmine's arm. She drank her blood with urge and as like a vampire possessed. The thirsty which could never be quenched, and extreme hunger were the main things that haunted her.
But then something happened when she was feeding, Alice stopped and she started chocking on the blood. It was a trap and she fell for it, Jasmine's blood was a poison for vampires and it had been so for over five hundred years of her life. She laughed at Alice as she chocked and coughed until she died.
"Come pick her up!" She called out to her witches and they raced to pick Alice up and then threw her on the circle where they sealed it. She then lit up a fire around it.
"My lord?" She said to Nazar jokingly and he even smiled at that joke and managed a simple "Don't start..."
"I heard Lunara has a shape shifter witch called Gladys. She's the one who acts as an anchor for this world and the witch realm. I can break whatever spell she placed on your werewolf gene but I need her" Jasmine explained to him.
"What else do you need?"
"A tombstone, Lunara's tombstone. I will channel the power of her blood into the spell and bind it with the strength of the full moon plus the pure blood of Lunara's descendant and from there you'll be good to go..."
"I'll be a wolf!" He said it proudly
"A hybrid actually and you can turn at will"
"You mean to say I won't have to wait until full moon?"
"No, my lord"
"To my enemies, here I come..."
He then vanished from the place with two things in mind, find the tombstone and Gladys who he didn't know who that was at that time. All that time that they thought they were alone, Antonio was eves dropping from on top of a tree disguised himself as a bat. When Nazar left, he turned back to his human form and stood in front of that house. Hawaii came out from the bushes and stood behind Antonio, all ready to save Alice.
"Just so you know, if you even dare to help your brother I will take out your heart and feed it to the dogs" Hawaii whispered to Antonio who stayed quiet as if he didn't hear the threat.
Jasmine was ready to do the spell, she wasn't aware of the presence of vampires out of the house but how could she when she sealed it completely not for anyone to get inside. Hawaii tried and bumped, so did Antonio and he still couldn't get it. Regina was at home since Hawaii refused to let her tag along.
"Why did you leave her? You are as stupid as you were when you were my slave. We need a witch..." Antonio growled at him and pushed him onto a rock, he hit hard.
"Ouch! Oh that shit hurts"
"Get up! And go find her if you want to save your girlfriend"
Hawaii got up, fixed his broken finger and tried to stand firmly "Why do you want to save Alice so bad? Huh! What's in it for you Antonio? You ain't the good one we all that..."
"Call her"
He then vanished at that place and left Hawaii all alone, stranded in the back of that house. He took out his phone, dialed Regina's number. Regina's voice came up "Let me guess, a sealed circle?"
"More like a sealed house" said Hawaii with a low tone, that tone of finally accepting that it was crucial to bring Regina along "We need you Gina, I was wrong"
"It must have take all of your ego and idiotic behavior to admit that"
"Come on don't be like that Gladys witch all she needed were praises and tiaras for just a simple thing as an acknowledgment"
"Say please..." Regina teased him, and he chuckled softly and said please. Then Regina hung up the phone, picking up their location and got inside the car following them.
