After Gladys walked outside, the corridors of the whole mansion were in chaos with people running wildly. It was clear the vampires now were approaching the house. When she peeped outside the window, she saw them in a lump sum of fifty vampires with blood on their mouths and fangs out. They were growling like lions and seemed in need of a more blood even after just killing half a village.
Gladys raced to her room and she barged inside, she took out two candles, a table salt and her grimoire then quickly ran outside. Just close to Nina's house there was a huge cave, and inside it was dark and cold and she was wearing a brown light dress only and barefooted.
She found a perfect place and drew a circle around her by using the salt, placed the two candles in front of her and then she stood up holding her mother's birthstone and a grimoire. She closed her eyes, channeling all her energy through the birthstone and when she opened them, her inner eye's core was on fire and so was the whole circle drawn by salt.
"Leuvu dela kos, Leuvu dela kos maraj prizma. Leuvu dela kos maraj prizma. Leuvu dela kos maraj prizma…" She chanted loudly while screaming and the vampires outside were pulled to the cave involuntarily.
The fire growled louder and the slaves along with the other white employees of Nina didn't know what was going on, all they saw was vampires running inside the cave, with speed and unable to control themselves. It was indeed magic and they couldn't denie it.
When they were all inside it, Gladys sealed the cave and she walked outside it. Nina had woken up and she was racing towards the cave to rescue her army as she called it, but Gladys had already lit the match inside the cave and the screams of burning vampires were heard across the whole town. A huge dark smoke came out of the cave and the smell of burning flesh, they all gathered in front of the cave to see what was going on.
Nina exchanged such bitter looks with Gladys who didn't care what her mistress had in mind. They both stared at the cave as heat and smoke came out, cries of men and women who were turned against their will into vampires. Then until it was quiet and there was none.
Gladys tuned back and walked past her mistress before Nina grabbed her hand.
"You will pay for this" Nina whispered to her.
"No, mistress. I will make you pay for this…for all the lives of my brothers and sisters lost. You will pay and I will make sure of it" She answered and pushed Nina away who nearly fell to the ground.
The slaves of the plantation looked at Gladys, as she was making her way to freedom after pushing their mistress. Nina's workers tempted to stop her but they were all killed by just a snap of her finger, and when she mounted a horse Nina knew she would never lay eyes upon her again.

Fast forward, Gladys was walking with the town's Sheriff and Mark around some abandoned warehouse and they were on the basement. Since it was morning, light penetrated inside the basement and they saw how dirt and dusty it was. The place was painted on the walls, and the floor was a bit rusty. It was small but could fit twenty to thirty vampires or all if they were to be stacked like tomatoes or bananas. Gladys looked around, she was satisfied by it.
"This could work…" She said.
"I want them all dead"
"They will be Sheriff, the spell that I will cast none will be able to resist but as I said" She took out Nina's picture "I want her dead first"
"I thought you said she was out of town"
"She's coming back. I know she is"
"Then she will be dead, and all others"
Mark seemed a bit distracted and not present, Gladys knew why and it's because Alice was missing and guided by coven of witches and she were to be released at midnight and not before that, Lunara must have everything she wants.
"Are you alright detective Mark?" She asked with a smile.
"Yes…I…I am fine"
"You don't look fine"
Mark looked at the Sheriff as if asking if he can respond to that, but Sheriff gave him a go ahead.
"It's Alice, she isn't at home"
"Oh Mark! You know how these teenagers are, she's probably on her boyfriend's place. Nothing to worry you" The Sheriff said and he shook his head, then he grabbed his attention back to Gladys "Tell us how will it happen"
"I will draw a pentagon here; with a star which I don't expect you to understand since it's a witch symbol. Then, I will channel my coven and seal this basement meaning any vampires who enters can't get out"
"Any vampire?" asked Mark.
"Any vampire, as long as they are inside and its done for them. I want you, Mark to lure Nina inside here. She doesn't think you've found out about her so she will trust you, and once they are all here I will burn them"
The Sheriff smiled knowing well their plans will go smoothly since they have a witch on their side. Hence they all departed and prepared for their big night ahead, when the Sheriff left with his car, Gladys remained with Mark.
"Can I drive you home?"
"No, I'll walk"
"You are too young to be out here all by yourself, even though you are a witch"
Gladys giggled softly "You think I'm young detective?"
"Aren't you?"
"I've roamed this Earth for over five hundred years. I die, I come back. I die and come back again. And what are you, forty?"
"It's fifty"
"Ouch! You are getting old Mark…not the same boy I used to know" said Gladys and turned back, she started walking towards a way which led nowhere.
"You knew me when I was a boy?" He called out but she didn't reply, and then she vanished into thin air.
Hawaii and Nina arrived at Warlington at noon, it was chilly as usual and the locals were on their usual day lives. Warlington bar was still closed and they had to drove straight to Nina's house, upon their arrival Nina stepped out of the car leaving Hawaii and Regina on the front seat. It was a bit awkward between them, they hadn't talked anything since they left Chicago.
"So, we are here…" Regina finally spoke looking at him.
"Yes, to our death sentence. Antonio will kill us all and those spectators of Lunara won't find anything"
"If you knew that was the case, why did you come back?"
"For her" He answered and Regina's mood changed, her face displayed jealousy and it was clear she still had feelings for him.
She looked at how sexy he was and his hair which always fell on his forehead making it look like he's wearing a wig; he was the same man she had fallen in love with at first.
But she knew he was no longer hers, she was just a distraction to him while he was waiting for his one true love. The woman who he will always love, when she was about to step out of the car he stopped her.
"I'm sorry for leaving you like that…"
"You mean deserting me?" She asked and he took a moment to grasp it all, and then he nodded "Yes, for deserting you. I'm sorry"
"You are a dick…"
Regina stepped outside and made her way to the living room, she was amazed by the architecture and style of the house. The interior design and ornaments used were all up to standards and she managed a little "Wow!"
"I know right" Nina came down with two drinks on her hand, she handled Regina one. "I had designers from Paris decorating it for me, I needed some ancient touch and a bit of Mediterranean to it"
"I can tell…"
"Let's start with the spell shall we?'
"Yes"
Amiya woke up at 4pm and her stomach was rumbling, she felt like there were wrestlers inside tearing her apart. She got up, had a shower and drove to Freddy's restaurant which was open. Her hair was wet and the chilly weather outside, she had to pull up the hoodie's hat and with dark glasses she was merely recognizable.
"I'll have some tacos, a burger and milk. Make it two tacos please" She said to a waiter.
"That'll be ten dollars"
She reached for her purse and took out a card "Here…" and the waiter walked away, when he returned he was holding a big plate with two tacos and a burger, with a glass of milk.
Amiya quickly indulged into the food with how hungry she was, a door opened and entered her granny. She was still on that young body, and Gladys walked straight to her. Amiya tried to hide herself by stuffing up the burger to cover her whole face but there was no means, her granny knows her more than anything.
"Amiya I know it's you" said Gladys.
"What do you want?" Asked Amiya putting the burger back and removed the shades.
"I want you inside. It's not safe anymore out here, I will get rid of all vampires tonight and I want you to be safe"
"All vampires? Why granny?"
"Because they are an abomination, killing everyone without remorse. Finish up and go home, your friends might die tonight"
"Nina and Hawaii? They are back?" Amiya exclaimed with shock.
"I don't want you near the vampires, do you hear me Miya?"
"They are my friends"
"No, they are not! A vampire can never be your friend" She hissed and suddenly grabbed Amiya's arms and she said a spell quietly, and then she let it go.
"What did you do?" Amiya asked after feeling dizzy.
"It's for your own good, now go back home"
Gladys barged out of the restaurant leaving Amiya with no knowledge that she took her magic, the time she grabbed her arms. Amiya stood up and walked away too, then she saw at a distance Mark talking to Nina. She didn't have vampire strength ability to hear.
But she knew something was wrong, then Nina entered inside Mark's car and they drove away. Amiya followed them with.
"I received the call this morning, I…I'm sorry I didn't know who to turn to" said Mark as he was driving.
"It's alright Mark, if it's concerning Alice then that's important. And I'm her friend, I will do anything for her" Nina said and Mark looked at her, then turned forward and continued driving.
He was taking her to the basement, as per instructed by Gladys who was already there with her coven of witches hiding in the woods. Alice was with them, still dead and in Lunara's witch realm taking orders from her. When Gladys heard a car coming towards them, she signaled her witches to stay put but she walked forward between the trees and paid attention to Mark who got out the car, and then followed by Nina.
"Are you sure it's the correct address?" Nina asked wondering around, Mark suddenly stabbed her with an injection containing vervain and Nina fell down heavy. "Well done…" whispered Gladys watching from a far as Mark dragged Nina's body into the basement. Amiya reached the place to find Mark's car open with no one present and she followed their footsteps but with care of being noticed.
Mark threw Nina inside the seal set by Gladys and he took out a bottle which had vervain water, he took a sip so as to protect himself from being compelled and then poured some on Nina's body and fumes came out as the plant burned her body. He spat on her with such disgust and walked away, Amiya saw everything that was going on and clearly Mark had found out that Nina, was a vampire. She kept quiet and hidden as he walked to his car and drove away.
