Hello! It's Heinrich Himmler, and I'm 2 years old now! Over the past 2 years, I've learned a decent amount of German, I can read and understand it well, but I have yet to speak it. I figured I'd start speaking when I turn 3 years old, so I don't scare my parents. They'd probably be pretty startled if their 2 year old started speaking fluently like an adult. Of course I could always fake it by saying useless things like dada or mama, but I don't wanna do that, so I'll wait. My second birthday was just last week, which means my mother is going back to work. She took the last 2 years off to take care of me, but I'll be going to daycare from now on. I have an older brother who's currently 4 years old, he's nice to me. He makes up little games to play with me, he's a lot of fun. Over the past 2 years I honestly haven't thought of what I can do to try and prevent the holocaust. Obviously it should be my #1 priority, but I'm currently 2 years old and trying to learn a new language! I think I should start coming up with a plan. Which is all great and everything... but there's just one issue. I died before I could read that whole world war 2 book! I don't know how powerful and high ranking Heinrich really was! Another thing I've started to think about is, will my life play out the way it's supposed to? What if I don't make the correct choices, and I don't even become a high ranking Nazi like I'm supposed to.
Oh well, I'm currently a toddler, so best not to overthink it.
Today I start attending my new daycare!
I'm honestly very nervous, I was never that great at making friends in my old life, although I did have a few close ones. But this is different! What if these kids already know how to speak German? Although I probably could speak it if I tried by now. I've been reading a lot of books and newspapers that my parents leave around the house, and I listen to the radio with them every night and study their conversations.
My mom and I had just arrived at the daycare when she handed me to an employee.
"Hello! You must be Heinrich! I'm Miss Carla, nice to meet you!"
"Please take good care of little Heinrich. I'll be back at 5 to pick him up after work. Be good okay Heinrich?" My mother said. She then left.
Well this might not be so bad after all. Miss Carla is hot as fuck! The moment my mother handed me to her, I noticed one thing. She has massive tits! I'm currently 2 years old, so I could definitely get away with this.... right? Ah fuck it, I'm gonna touch em. I reached my small toddler hands out and squeezed them. Oh man was that fucking sweet!
"Heinrich! You're only 2 years old but you're a little devil aren't you?!"
Heh, you could say that again Miss Carla.
After holding me for awhile, Carla brought me into a room filled with other kids. She sat me on the ground and said,
"Alright Heinrich, this is the toddler room where you're gonna be spending most of your time! I'm sure you'll be able to make some new friends here, so don't worry, everyone is super nice! The kids here will love that devilish personality of yours."
Maybe she's right, this is a brand new me, I don't have to be quiet and shy like I was in my past life. I can be as outgoing as I want!
Okay, first things first, I need to check out my surroundings. There's a group of 3 boys in the corner, they look intimidating. Over to my left there's 2 girls playing with blocks, they look easy to approach. There's 1 boy alone by himself behind me, and then a boy and a girl together. I think I'll go to the 2 girls, they look friendly. I stood up on my two small legs and walked over to them. They both looked at me when I got there, so I waved and smiled. They smiled and waved back.
"Hi!"
"Hi!" they both said.
I guess I could talk around them, it wouldn't freak them out like it would my parents.
"Hello!"
They then pointed to the blocks and pointed back at me.
"Play?"
I smiled and nodded, accepting the invitation to play with them.
"I'm Heinrich, what are your names?"
"Amalie"
"Evi"
Alright, Amalie and Evi! I've made two friends in this new life. And they're both girls, even better!
We spent the rest of that day playing with blocks until mother picked me up to go home.
When I got to daycare the next day, the two of them asked me to teach them how to talk like I do. I guess teaching 2 year olds how to talk couldn't hurt, they're my friends after all!
So I began to teach the two girls how to speak.
After about 6 months of going to the daycare, the girls could speak fluently with me. For six months I've been teaching them German and we have grown very close as friends. We had play dates outside of daycare often, and our parents even became friends. Amalie was a very outgoing and adventurous girl, while Evi was very quiet and reserved. Nonetheless, the three of us were great friends and got along well. And so my childhood began with my two best friends!
