Ollie sighed as he shook his head and walk through the halls, slightly regretting that he was back here, but he could not lie that everything Maddie had said was the truth, and she had make him see how truly childish he was, but that didn't mean that he still wanted to come back here, he just did it for his mother, and also because he could tell that Maddie was sick and tired of his presence in Stella's house.
Ollie braced himself as he opened the doors to the dining room where Christina and Albert were having dinner as Christina looked up at him with surprise written all over her face.
"Ollie??!" asked Christina in surprise.
"Good Evening mother" replied Ollie with a smile as Christina stood up and she hugged him.
"Oh Ollie, what a surprise, I missed you so much" said Christina as she smiled.
"And I missed you too mother" said Ollie with a smile as he looked at Albert who looked at him, but none of them said a single word to one and another.
"So what brings you here my son?" asked Christina with a smile as she broke their hug.
"Well mother I am back home, I realized that I have been gone for too long" said Ollie with a smile.
"Oh my dear, this is the best news I have heard all evening, welcome back home Ollie" said Christina with a smile.
"Thank you mother" said Ollie with a smile as he looked at his father.
"Good Evening father" said Ollie as he looked at Albert.
"Good Evening Ollie" replied Albert.
"I am glad that you are back" said Albert as he cleared his throat and Christina felt like slapping him right now, is that all he could manage to say when he had not seen his own son for so long, she just hated that these two were so stubborn, no one was ready to bend for the other.
"Hmm, will you at least try to agree with my opinions?" asked Ollie.
"Oliver, we should not talk about this now, you only just got back" said Albert as Ollie scoffed, knowing fully well that his father meant a stern no by his statement.
"Then I guess that I am not back then" said Ollie.
"Mother, I want to go to my room now" said Ollie as he turned to look at Christina, if he was alone right now, he would have left the room immediately, but because of the presence of his mother, he would be polite.
"Will you not eat Ollie?" asked Christina.
"No mother, I am not hungry, I ate cookies that Annie my friend baked for me" said Ollie as he stressed the word friend and looked at Albert who pretended not to hear his statement, and that's what made Ollie feel even more annoyed.
"Goodnight mother, rest well, and enjoy dinner" said Ollie with a smile as he gave Christina a kiss on the forehead and he walked away.
"Come on Albie, you cannot even cease to be stubborn for just one moment, our son came back home, and you can't even put your differences aside and welcome him like a father should" said Christina as she looked at Albert.
"Well it does not help that he is so stubborn as to not speak about the matter that caused our argument in the first place" said Albert.
"I cannot deal with you right now Albert, I am just glad he is home" said Christina as she sat down.
"And so am I, tell me what you did to get him to change his mind?" asked Albert.
"Well unlike you, I care for the wellness of my son, and his friends as well, I went to see Maddie and I asked her to speak to him, and here he is" said Christina with a smile.
"Maddie?" asked Albert in surprise.
"Yes Maddie" said Christina.
"He listens to her that much?" asked Albert in a tone that sounded concerned.
"She's his friend, and she obviously listens to him more than his own father" said Christina in annoyance as she stood up, she was sick and tired of this useless argument that was literally tearing the family apart, and she was forced to be in the middle.
"I hope you enjoy eating alone, and don't you dare come to bed until you have settled this thing with Ollie, don't test me Albie, I want you and your son to reconcile" said Christina.
"You can take ages to do that for all I care, but just do It, and until then, I too am not on your side" said Christina.
"Chrissy, don't be like that" said Albert as he looked at her.
"Fine somewhere else to sleep, the room is no longer for you, I do not want to see you there"
said Christina.
"Settle with Ollie, and then we will be together again, but until then, I too am angry with you Albie" said Christina as she left the room and Albert sighed.
…
"With what Annie and the rest said, I agree with them" said Stella as Curtis nodded.
"And so do I, Maddie is right, waiting will do nothing but cause more problems" said Curtis.
"I already sent messages to King Henry, we of course have his backing, and the cauldron agents are getting ready" said Stella.
"My only concern is Clove" said Stella.
"Why?" asked Curtis.
"I feel like this can hurt her in a way, if she already remembers" said Stella.
"I doubt it, if she remembered we would know, Clove is not the type to hide" said Curtis as Stella sighed and she sat down at her desk.
…
"Ugh I am just done with this!" said Selene to herself as she threw down a vase and it shattered into pieces.
"First I get rid of the first woman, and now this one shows up" said Selene to herself.
"This Is not going to stand, I am the only woman by Azazel's side, me and me alone" said Selene as she was not going to let a random woman steal what she had been working for, for all these years, she had a son for Azazel crying out loud.
"Why are you worrying yourself Selene? This is something that can be easily fixed" said Selene to herself as she laughed menacingly.
"You got rid of the first one, and you can certainly get rid of this one" said Selene while laughing, she knew what she would do.
…
"Nia, I returned the crystal shards already, luckily Azazel wasn't in his office" said Clove as she looked at Nia.
"That's nice Sage" said Nia.
"What's wrong?" asked Clove as she realized that Nia looked worried.
"Well Selene just told me that she wants you to go out of the camp to the river nearby to collect some rocks for her" said Nia.
"Rocks?" asked Clove in confusion.
"Yes rocks" said Nia as she nodded her head.
"What does she need rocks for?" asked Clove in nothing but disbelief.
"I have no idea, I told her that I could go, but no, she wants you to go" said Nia in worry.
"Well then, let me just go and get it over with" said Clove.
"No Sage, I don't want you to" said Nia.
"I do not trust that woman, she does very nasty things, all the time" said Nia.
"Well that may be true, but you can come with me, let's go together" said Clove.
"I can't, she sent me elsewhere to get something from the rogues" said Nia.
"Then in that case, I will just go and come back quickly" said Clove.
"I do not want you to go alone, maybe you should wait for me to return first" said Nia.
"You will take a while Nia, you know how Selene is when she sends someone on errands, just let me go and get it over with" said Clove.
"I promise you that I will be careful" said Clove with a smile as she wanted to assure Nia.
"You will?" asked Nia.
"Yes I will, so go" said Clove as Nia sighed and she nodded.
…
"What are the rogues saying Hunter?" asked Azazel as he looked at Hunter.
"Well you know that they always say many things Azazel, it is nothing important, I know that you do not like idle talk" said Hunter as he walked around Azazel's office.
"True" replied Azazel.
"Why Is there dust here?" asked Hunter as he frowned and looked at Azazel who said nothing.
"Where Is Sage?" asked Azazel as he looked at Hunter, Sage was supposed to be here by now to clean, no wonder everywhere was dusty.
"I believe Selene sent her on an errand" said Hunter and as soon as Azazel heard that, the look in his eyes were replaced with a cold one.
"And errand where?" asked Azazel in a cold tone.
"I don't know where" said Hunter as Azazel hit his fist on his desk and he stood up.
"Do you want me to follow you?" asked Hunter as Azazel shook his head.
"Selene is going to learn to stop playing with things that belong to me" said Azazel in a cold tone as Hunter could not lie that he was not pleased, his only worry being why Azazel seemed to care or at least be very possessive of this Sage.
Hunter knew who she really was a spy, he wondered if Azazel knew that and just wanted to torture her, but nevertheless he kept his thoughts to himself, waiting to see what would happen.
…
"Hmm, I wonder what Selene wants to do with these rocks" said Clove to herself as she bent down and picked up a smooth rock and put it in her pouch as she continued searching.
Clove looked around, she was alone, with no one in sight, she kind of liked the quietness.
Clove closed her eyes as she heard the sound of the streaming river nearby.
She walked a little as she stopped in front of what looked like a huge gap that divided the land and in the middle of that gap, right down to the bottom was the river that Clove was hearing.
"Weird, why would a river form down there?" asked Clove to herself, enjoying the view, she missed her home back In the Agricola realm, she missed the nature over there.
Clove snapped out of her thoughts as she realized that she better return to the camp now as she still had to clean Azazel's office.
But before Clove could turn back she suddenly felt a force push her over the edge as she had no time to react and she fell down the gap In horror.
"Ahhhh!!!" shouted Clove as she fell, her heart pounding from the shock as she did not even have time to react or try and save herself as her arm felt weak and so did the rest of her body as she fell into the cold suddenly raging water below.
Clove heard the sound of the water as she was submerged under it and she held her breath instinctively.
"*Gasp* *cough* *cough*" said Clove as she managed to bring her head over the water as the river was raging.
Clove tried to move but she could not move at all, as if some invisible force was keeping her down, she could not even open her mouth to cast a spell, it was like her entire body shut down on her.
Clove held her breath as she tossed and turned with the river, being pushed around and everywhere.
Clove's heart was pounding, she did not know what was wrong with her, she could not do anything to save herself, she felt herself being pulled by the river, going downstream further and further, into deeper the river.
Clove closed her eyes, wondering if this was how everything would end, she did not even have any strength to cry.
Clove's eyes opened as she saw that the river was about to lead down into a deeper ravine as she gasped, she struggled and tried to move but her body was pinned in place to move with the current of the river.
Clove felt water entering her nose, her ears, everywhere as her clothes were soaked and so was her hair, her blue eyes filled with dread.
Clove closed her eyes and braced herself for the fall as she was submerged underwater praying in her heart as suddenly she felt someone grab her hand from underneath the water as she was raised up and out of the water as she gasped for air.
