The next day.
"You know, it's a pity that Maddie and Annie didn't want to come with us" said Ollie as he and Matt were walking into the forest.
"I agree, well Maddie didn't want to come because of you know what" said Matt.
"You mean she hates me" said Ollie as Matt laughed.
"Well yes, if you say it out like that, yes, she hates you" said Ollie.
"I've learnt to live with it, hey it could be worse" said Ollie as he laughed.
"I agree with you, and well Annie has a headache so she couldn't come" said Matt.
"I hope that she feels better soon" said Ollie.
"So do I" said Matt as he smiled and he turned to look back, he had been so used to being on his own for so long that he forgot that he had his siblings with him, and he had to watch them or else he would be in big trouble.
"Hey Levi, pay attention to where you are walking, if you hit a tree it's not going to be on me" said Matt.
"Yeah, yeah Matt, whatever" said Levi as he continued looking at his tablet and he almost hit a tree before Kaylee pulled him back and she shook her head.
"Good one Kay, Kay, Levi won't listen to me" said Matt as he sighed.
"He doesn't listen to anybody" said Kaylee as she shook her head.
"Ellie, don't play with random sticks or twigs on the ground, you don't know if it's poisonous" said Matt as Ellie was about to pick up a spotted plant from the ground and she stopped.
"Cellie walk faster, you don't want to be left behind now do you?" asked Matt as he looked at Celeste who was far behind them all and she shook her head as she walked quicker and Kaylee held her hand.
"Thank you Kay kay" said Matt as he smiled and Kaylee smiled, if anyone was his most supportive, responsible sibling, it would be Kaylee, which is why he trusted her, and also allowed her to come because he knew that she would help him keep the rest of them in check.
"Mark, Edward, Frankie, no throwing sand, you know how mom gets when you get sand in your hair" said Matt as Edward threw the sand in his hand on the ground and Matt shook his head.
"Wow, you really are a good big brother, how do you keep tabs on them all?" asked Ollie as Matt looked at him.
"Years of experience, you need to do a roll call sometimes or else you will forget who is supposed to be where" said Matt as he was relieved that Noey was still sleeping when they all work up.
"Frankie, I can hear you, don't you dare try to climb a tree and hurt yourself" said Matt as he could hear Frankie giggling silently.
"No fair" said Frankie as Matt just shook his head.
"Come on guys, we can't stay here all day, let's go, move ahead, forward, let's go" said Matt as he made sure that his siblings were moving ahead while he and Ollie stayed behind them, just so he could watch them more carefully.
"No dilly dallying" said Matt in a serious tone as Ollie just laughed.
"I think that you will win an award for best big brother" said Ollie as he laughed.
"I wish, I kind of forgot how stressful it can be to have to take care of all of them" said Matt as he laughed and he sighed as Ollie just laughed.
…
"*Ugh*" said Annie as she groaned and she rubbed her temples, she had such a horrible splitting headache right now, it was just too much for her to bear.
"Here you go sweetie, this should make you feel better" said Lisa as she handed Annie a warm cup of tea.
"Thanks mom" said Annie as she drank the tea.
"Do you feel better now?" asked Lisa as Annie shook her head slowly, her head still ached like it was being pounded on.
"No, I feel worse" said Annie as she sighed and Lucinda walked into the room.
"What's wrong?" asked Lucinda.
"Annie has a horrible headache" said Lisa as she looked at Lucinda.
"Oh that's not nice, let me see" said Lucinda as she touched Annie's forehead with the back of her hand.
"Oh that is a very serious headache" said Lucinda.
"I made her some honey tea, but it's not working, she says that she feels worse" said Lisa.
"Hmm let me try" said Lucinda as she waved her hand over Annie's cup of tea.
"There try that, I casted a quickening spell on it" said Lucinda as Annie drank the tea and she frowned.
"Did it work?" asked Lucinda as Annie shook her head.
"That's one serious headache dear, it's not a normal one, or else my spell would have worked" said Lucinda.
"Thanks anyway Aunt Luc, I think I should just go and look for Curtis, maybe he knows what's going on" said Annie as she stood up and it felt like her head was falling as she was standing, she felt so dizzy, that she almost lost her balance and fell down.
"Alright dear, be careful" said Lucinda.
"You want me to go with you?" asked Lisa as Annie shook her head.
"No mom, I'm fine" said Annie as she walked away and Lisa sighed.
"It's weird that her headache would start just like that when she was completely fine yesterday" said Lisa.
"Don't worry Lisa, she will be fine, I am sure that Curtis will know what is going on" said Lucinda.
"You know something that you are not telling me don't you?" asked Lisa.
"I can't really say so Lisa, I can't say what I am not sure about" said Lucinda as Lisa just frowned.
…
"I'm so sorry Ollie, I was supposed to show you around but we are just babysitting my siblings" said Matt as he looked at Ollie.
"No need to be sorry, I don't mind at all, I actually enjoy babysitting then, maybe because I don't have any siblings" said Ollie as he laughed.
"Yeah, it might be enjoying for you, but not for me" said Matt as he laughed.
"Hey Frankie, Edward, I see you both, no jumping in the lake, it's cold, and we didn't ask mom for permission" said Matt as he shouted and Franke and Edward ignored him as they attempted to jump off a rock into the lake as Matt sighed and as they jumped they were stuck in the air.
"Magic" said Ollie as he laughed and he moved his hand as Frankie and Edward moved the way his hand moved as he placed them on the ground and drew something in the air as chains like vines clasped around their feet.
"There, you guys aren't going anywhere till you promise not to jump in the lake" said Ollie as Frankie and Edward looked at him.
"You can't do this to us" said Frankie.
"Oh I think that I can, Matt can I?" asked Ollie as he looked at Matt.
"Go ahead" said Matt as he smiled and Frankie and Edward groaned.
"Oh yeah, I forgot, we have magic, I should have done that a long time ago" said Matt as he laughed and Ollie laughed as well.
"But this lake is beautiful though" said Ollie.
"That's true" said Matt.
"Hey Matt, I have a question" said Ollie.
"Go ahead" said Matt.
"Aren't you the firstborn, I know that you are, and the firstborn is usually the heir to the throne, and Evie is the second born, why is she crown Princess and not you?" asked Ollie as Matt had that same question on his mind for a while now.
"Honestly, I don't know about that" said Matt.
"I am going to have to ask my Grandfather about that" said Matt as he had not had time to speak to Henry.
"I see" said Ollie.
"Does it make you upset that Evie is going to the crown Princess and not you?" asked Ollie.
"Honestly I don't know, on one hand I mean, I don't care, I'm happy for Evie, but on the other hand, I don't know I feel offended, and maybe angry that I was not told about this earlier, or informed beforehand, but anyway I know that my Grandfather would explain it to me" said Matt.
"Well I hope so, I don't want to be the reason for you feeling like this since I brought it up" said Ollie.
"No, not at all, you are not at fault here, I was already thinking about this" said Matt.
"Anyway, we should head back now before my siblings do something dangerous" said Matt.
"Okay" said Ollie as he smiled and he snapped his fingers as Frankie and Edward were released.
"Let's go now guys come on chop, chop, chop" said Matt as he waited for them to walk ahead of him and he and Ollie followed behind them.
