For nearly a week I suffered Tessa's wave which prevented me from going to Brazil, and that's also because I had the Cross tucked in somewhere safe hence I didn't need to be so concerned about Doctor Sheffield and whether she will take the immortality portion because first she didn't have the cross, and secondly Simon lied to her. You see the sacrifice thing was a lie, and I played along with it because I wanted Liutenant Joffrey to believe it. Later on I told Diana everything and that no one has to die and she was relieved.
"Why did you play along then?" she asked.
"Because that's the only way Liutenant Joffrey would have believed. I want Doctor Sheffield to hand over Simon to that Sharma and he will be saved" I said and sighed. Then I crossed my legs and lean back on the sofa "He is so smart I didn't think he had it in him"
"Your brother?"
"Yes"
"Well, he survived the jungles in Africa didn't he?"
