(Raven's POV)
"LILY!" The prince calls out as Celeste faints in his arms. Poor princess body has been pushed too far tonight. All the potions have been cleared from her with his mark. Luckily she hasn't marked him yet. "RAVEN WHAT HAPPENED!?!? MY LILY PLEASE WAKE UP! LILY!!" Dean continues to shout at her as he falls to the ground holding her close. This is soooo bad. I had come to get Celeste out of here because I got word the royal fairies where on their way.
"Listen to me Dean, had her to me, I must get her out of here NOW!" I reach down to take her. "NO! SHE IS MINE! MY MATE NO ONE WILL TOUCH HER!" He growls and eyes grow dark. Crap! His wolf was coming to the party. I was out of time and I was not going to argue with a wolf. "Please forgive me, but I must protect my princess." He looks at my confused. I touch his forehead and whisper a quick sleep spell before I grab Celeste and teleport us far far away.

I knew my house wasn't safe now that everyone knows my connection to her. So I take us to the one place no one would ever think to look. My mother's old cottage, smack dab in the middle of a human town that lays in vampire territory. Plus side to being a witch, only fairies hate us and that's because we see threw all their tricks.
I place Celeste on the bed and quickly get to work. I need to create a scent mask for the cottage to hide Celeste scent. Vampires smell is even stronger then wolves and they enjoy humans too much to do an easy human scent mask. One taste of Celeste's blood and our secret is out. Making quick work, I'm able to place a anti vampire spell and masking spell.
As I'm finishing the final touches a sound scares me, "Raven?" Celeste weak voice calls out. "What did I say about sneaking up on me?" I turn to face her. She looks awful. Her hair everywhere and her eyes dull. "Are you okay?" I ask her knowing she's not okay. "I...I...I don't know... I feel strange and Lily, my wolf, she won't stop howling it's hurting my head!" She hold her head in her hands and begins to cry. She falls to her knees, "what is happening to me?" I walk over to her and kneel in front of her, grabbing her hand I gain her attention, "Princess you didn't finish the marking. He marked you but you never marked him. So know it's one sided and what you are feeling is his pain. Since he marked you, he connected himself to you. Your wolf want to finish the marking. He's your one true mate." I explain to her, I feel the pain rising in her like before. "Breath it's okay." I try to calm her down. She just keeps shaking her head over and over. "No! No! NO! I CANT HAVE A MATE! HE WILL KILL HIM!" She screams as the tears begin to fall. This poor poor girl that King really did a number on her. "Celeste, princess, please calm down. It's okay! No one but us knows he's your mate. You never marked him so no one will know. I took us far from Wolfsburg they will never find us here. Please calm down!" I explain to her while still holding her hands. She beings to look around, realizing we not at the cabin.
"Where are we?" She askes in a small voice. I pull her to her feet and lead her to a small table, "why don't I make some calming tea and I'll explain everything." She nods and sits at the table. I make some of my famous calming tea and pour her a cup and sit down with her. I wait for her to drink a bit before I start to explain, "We are at my mother's cottage in vampire territory. While at the ball, I got news that your father was on his way there..." I see her tense and feel the fear start to fill her. I rest my hand on top of hers to comfort her, "... I was looking for you when I started to feel your panic. When I got to you, he had already marked you...stuiped male. My potions mixed with his mark was too much for you and you fainted. I had to get you out of their and away from all the royals. I knew the cabin wouldn't be safe and Dean would come for you right away. We needed time for the royal fairy family to leave and have not trace of you so here we are." I give her a sad smile.
"Thank you Raven, you saved me again." She smiles at me then it fades, "what are we going to do? Dean won't give up trying to find me nor will my father?" I flash her a smile, "simple princess. We wait until the fairies leave then explain everything to your lover boy and all will be okay! You being mated to the Prince of wolves will work well in our favor. The fairy king will never get a hold of you now!" She doesn't look convenienced and I still feel her fear, I let out a sigh, "Princess, Prince Dean is one of the most powerful wolves alive. There is a reason he is next in line to be king. And being mated to you, he will accept you no matter what you are. When mates are together nothing can stop them." A small smile begins to form, when suddenly a loud bang on the door rings out and a dark, creepy voice comes threw, "open open Raven! I know you are in there! And I know you have the Goddesse's gift with you!"
