"How come you always know what to say. Even though it might not be how we envisioned it moms always have a way of soothing everyone. I wish I could be more like you one day."
"Star, moms don't just grow a third eye. They always have it, they just have never had a reason to use it before but that doesn't mean it was never there when they were growing up. Moms are girls too. The only difference is that they are grown up and their title has changed from adult to mom but nothing else. If you want to be the person that can stare down someone and make them feel uncomfortable without saying a single word, be the one that with three words you can command an army or with a snap demand respect from anyone and with an ear pull know that the other person will do anything you say? Star, that fire is already inside of you. The only reason moms show it more is because they have earned the respect so everyone knows that if they were to question one of these actions it would not end well for them.
I still remember the day when I first saw you and your brother Hopper playing in the snadbox. You were all dressed up in oversized costumes. You had the sword in your hand, decked out in a sparkly princess crown and aiming your sword over Hopper's head who was in a knight's outfit. You kept commanding him to fill the bucket faster and make the castle bigger and bigger. Back then you were beyond your years but to look at you both now I couldn't be happier. Course even though you were siblings; the orphanage you two were in wouldn't let me bring you both home because an animal and human should not be together but you two defied the odds. Yes, people hear stories of the princess and the frog but nobod has ever thought those stories to be true especially if they had kids. I fought and fought to keep you two together but as fate would have it they wouldn't let me keep you both and dad chose Hopper over you."
"Mom, I know and have forgiven you. I'm okay with your decision and don't know what I would have done if I were in your shoes. You still did the best you could at raising me to which I am extremely thankful for all that you did. You made me the girl I am today."
"Yes, and I am so proud of you. You know, people only know of the missions your dad and brother went on together but you and I have gone on a few missions of our own."
"Yes, I remember those days like yesterday. I know it's been a long time since last we went on an adventure together and have seen one another but how bout it. Yes, the situation is grim and I wish it were under different circumstances but....I missed you."

"Exactly. Although secretly I wish I could keep Hopper and dad imprisoned, it would be nice to hear their voices again; bring them back to life…...just to slap their faces."
"You can't. I'm pretty sure dad is still on our side. It's just Hopper who's not. He's been always talking of change and now I guess he's finally putting it into motion."

"Mom!! You can't say that word. Today we live in a sensitive culture. You say something that shakes someone the wrong way and it'll be you getting punished instead of the other person who deserved it more"
"Ohh, please. Take away this generation's technology and I promise you none of them would be able to last two hours alive. Think they can say and do whatever they want but they are just like any other kid; take away the one thing they love and they'll be squealing like little pigs I tell you. Boys as well; they have a good thought process on what they think should be done but once they take thei plan from paper to the real world it starts to fall apart. I mean look at this. Hopper's plan was to literally die and we'd have to turn to God in order to bring him back to life. Yes, I believe the church needs change just as much as the other person it's just… I don't know how well thought out Hopper's plan actually was."
