"Did you miss me or did you miss the sex?", Hyun teased with a wink, harshly fondling the flesh of her buttocks relishing in the way she mewled in submission, stumbling forward onto his chest.
"Your order-", Jae paused mid-sentence not wanting to interrupt but also because he was awfully surprised. He gulped, both awkward and bothered by the vision in front of him. He didn't know that Minjae was in a relationship but then again he barely knew Minjae herself.
Awkward how they hadn't noticed him standing a few feet tables away.
Were they fuck buddies or something? He wondered before biting his lip as he watched the scene unfold. Oh, how he wished to be in that man's place, to have her under such control while she could only squirm without any protests.
"Hyun! The waiter's gonna be here any minute," she exclaimed pushing at his chest with a soft whine while Hyun only laughed heartily, grabbing the back of her neck and pecking her forehead before she jumped off his lap leaving him all bothered in his seat. Young-Jae cleared his throat and took the opportunity to walk up to their table, just wanting to get off work as soon as possible.
"Here," he murmured passing their drinks before spinning on his heel as fast as he could.
"Hold up. I'd like you to meet my dear friend Jung Hyun," Minjae explained, pointing with her palm towards the man in front of her and Young-Jae paused in his tracks with a silent sigh. "He's the owner of the hotel where we're supposed to organize three parties in the upcoming month and you're gonna be in charge," Jae's eyes widened at her statement and he stared at her.
In charge?
"Me?", He questioned, almost bewildered and Minjae nodded before leaning back and folding her arms across her chest in an intimidating way.
"You're getting trained by me personally and it'd be only fair to leave you in charge since I'm only familiar with you and not the other waiter," she shrugged followed by a nod from Hyun or whatever his name was. Jae realized that he was starting to dislike him already.
"But I'm a barista-", he protested but immediately shut up when she raised her brows at him. "Guess I could manage," Jae mumbled, the fact that this might be an opportunity for him to earn more filled his mind and he immediately agreed. More money was always a good thing.
"Amazing! Now, I'll be leaving, I expect you to close the shop and hand the keys over to the guard outside. Make sure no light remains switched on when you leave and that you come here first thing in the morning," she dictated not even bothering to ask or know about his shift.
"But Ma'am m-my shift doesn't start till twelve! The morning's a little too early," he whined.
"I don't care Min Young-Jae. I'm taking two days off my schedule to help you learn but look at your whining. Don't show up to work tomorrow if you have the same mindset," she shrugged. Jae almost scoffed in her face but he held himself back and clenched his jaw instead.
Hyun got up first from his position, followed by Minjae who didn't bother looking at Jae's defeated face as her heels clanked against the marble of the floor, slowly growing quieter and more into the distance.
"Sorry buddy, she's a little harsh. Keep fighting," Hyun rubbed Jae's shoulder and sighed.
Minjae and Hyun sat in the backseat of Hyun's car leaving behind her black one. They were off to one of his nearby hotels for dinner and other activities to be followed by. The pair sat in silence while Minjae typed away on her phone and Hyun respecting her privacy even though he was bored out of his brain.
She bit down a grin, feeling victorious to have made Young-Jae so anxious. Truth was, she had actually really come across his NSFW profile coincidentally and she just wanted to confirm it herself. Perfect, she actually almost knew everything about him minus petty and irrelevant details like friends or preferences. Minjae locked her phone screen and quietly scooted closer to Hyun who gave her his full attention as and when she demanded it.
"What are we doing tonight?", she murmured against his shoulder as he threw his arm around her shoulders and hummed, pretending to think over it for a span of not even a whole minute.
"We are gonna have an exquisite dinner and then we're going clubbing because you need to let loose," Minjae scoffed up at him but agreed.
She did have two very busy days ahead along with a jam-packed month of formal parties to be attended after Namjoon's wedding. "And after that?", Hyun smiled a lazy smile at the bold remark and shrugged, playing oblivious just for the sake of continuing their conversation.

Young-Jae on the other hand stumbled home with exhausted feet and a throbbing headache. It was the first time he had worked so hard in days, a quite eventful time too. He puffed his cheeks out pushing into his small apartment and pounced onto the bed feeling frustrated.
What was the deal with her? Did she have to be so cold and uptight all the time?
He huffed and rolled onto his back, his phone chiming with a notification from 'Jaeminmin'. He opened it, only to be met with a very exciting sight. Her photo was already open and he sucked in a harsh breath.
Guess it was time to make a new friend.

"Why do they play such terrible music oh my god," Minjae whines around her fork and Hyun laughs out loud and unabashed, not caring if he was the owner of the place and had a reputation to maintain. "You get it right? Why did you hire them then?"
"Well I actually have a lot more important work than worrying about things like why the violinist is playing so bad," he grinned, gulping down a huge swig of the wine he had placed next to his food.
"Such a show-off," Minjae scoffs, both knowing it was all in a good sense.
"Less than you ma'am, will all the luxury cars and all, huh?", Hyun sighed, drinking in the view in front of him. There was a terrible live orchestra playing to the left and the glass wall behind Minjae displayed a gorgeous garden that led to the entrance of the restaurant and was the back of the hotel.
"Shut up," she laughed, fork now placed down as she brought the tall glass of wine up to her lips with glimmering eyes. "You know I've always liked cars," Minjae completed after a sigh that left her lips at the taste of the wine against her tongue and she swirled it around in her mouth.
"I know, I know," he smiles, intertwining his fingers in front of himself with a relaxed posture.
"Mhm, how is that project of yours coming along? You've been gone for a while now."
"The one in Japan? It's a little shaky for now, they seem a little hesitant to accept the partnership but I think they'll give in soon enough," Hyun sighed. "What about you?"
"What about me? Idyllic is doing really well except for some turbulence in the Gangnam branch. I've asked Joon to look into it, give me more time to plan his party anyway," Minjae shrugged.
"Oh yeah, the one you're planning to let that boy from before handle?", she nodded at his words and let her lips curve into a small mischievous smile that anybody who knew her would recognize right away.
"Yeah, that. He's a smart one," she commented, cocking her head to the side and something in Hyun told him that this wasn't going in too great of a direction but knowing Minjae he preferred to keep his mouth shut about his opinion on it. "So, to the club now?"
"You seem eager," he teased, raising his middle and index finger up to call for the waiter who immediately adhered to his needs, sweeping away their empty dishes with one arm.
"I am eager, Mr. Jung Hyun. It's been a while since I've seen you dance," Minjae giggled, sliding her palm into Hyun's open one as he stood up to escort her gracefully.
"Trust me, with how full I am right now, you do not want me to dance," Hyun sighed, patting over his stomach with his cheeks puffed out to emphasize just how full he was.
"Not fair. Why are we going to the club if you're not even going to dance," She whined, swatting his hand away to stubbornly fold them over her chest.
"Stop whining, you know I'm only kidding," he laughed, wrapping his arm around Minjae's waist instead.
"Good for you then because I wasn't letting you off that easily anyway," she retorted back.
"You're so annoying," he groaned. "I was so much better back in Japan."
"You do not mean that," Minjae laughed, throwing her head back and already aware that he didn't.
"Yeah, I don't. Never will."
