Vasusena was running for a while from the morning.
Pant... Pant.... Pant....
"Seriously running ten kosas everyday. He is really trying to kill me." While lying on the ground Vasu thought about it himself. Suddenly an arrow struck at ground missing just an inch from his feet.
"Are you really trying to kill me? You psychotic person."
"You can stop if you want but you will never become strong in this way."
"Uhh.. "
Vasusena started to run again.
"I have been running for ten kosas everyday for last 10 days. I have acquired a lot of knowledge how the world functions and it's measure of power balance."
A couple of days ago
"Listen Vasu. You want to become the strongest. But I can not help you with this. I also can not help either with your revenge or accompany you throughout your long journey. I will teach you all the basics of the world and make you train enough that you can at least become more stronger than now."
"Our world has the hierarchy of four different status. Brahmins, Kshatriya, Vaisya, Shudra. Brahmins are the highest order of people. They have knowledge, authority, social status, wealth, power and supporters. They are the ones who rule the world by the knowledge. Kshatriyas are the royal warriors. They are the nobles who are associated with King, minister, generals or direct descendants of the royal family. They are stronger than the Brahmins in comparison of power but have are less knowledgeable. The Kings are either from the Brahmins or from the Kshatriyas. Remember it the kings and the higher class warriors are fearsome and have the power to control the world. Vaisya is the class of labours or workers. They are the farmers, blacksmiths, merchants and all others. They have no social status in this world. But some people are extremely talented in their work and have the power and wealth as much as a Kshatriya. Shudra is the lowest class. The people of this class has no right of a human. They are not treated as a normal human. They are normally slaves and servants. Talking and touching them in public area is prohibited."
"From that what I get is Kings and royals with the Priests are the highest ranked in the world. Minister,Generals and Warriors have the second highest ranks. Some merchants and excellent workers like artists, master blacksmiths, dressmakers are also categorised in the second place in the hierarchy. Soldiers, farmers, fishermen, commoners are the third in this hierarchy. The slaves and servants are the lowest in the hierarchy. So when I enter a city I can have a place of a Vaisya as long as I am not a servant of someone."
"He also told me about the spiritual power tha circulate in this world; 'Virya'. With the control of 'Virya' someone can create water, fire, wind from his own body. I have seen it before but he told me that with proper control you can also bend the true nature of the elements as well as control them freely. It is aslo useful in daily life as well as in a battle."
"When you learn to control 'Virya' and cultivate the spiritual power the body, mind and soul under goes change and it will make you stronger. The more proficiency you have about your own body and your own cultivation you can grow as powerful as you can. Everyone in this world has same capacity how much 'Virya' one can control but the understanding makes the difference between them. While cultivating you have six stages. Body stage, Mind stage, Weapon stage, Soul stage, Element stage and Heaven stage. Every stage has ten sub stages and and when you complete the tenth stage and go above you will ascend to the next stage. The Body stage makes your body powerful. The mind stage makes your mind powerful. In this stage your understanding of the things will increase. In weapon stage you can understand the true nature of a weapon. In soul stage your understanding about the soul and the spiritual energy will increase. In element stage you can use the elements as your wish. The Heaven stage is the last stage and only some hand counted people are attained it. If you can even attain the soul stage you can consider as a great warrior. A cultivator in Body stage emits yellow aura, a person in Mind stage cultivation emits green aura, a person in Weapon stage emits blue aura, a person in Soul stage cultivation emits violet aura, An Element cultivator emits red aura. But no one knows what type of aura a Heaven stage cultivator emits as there as very few in this world in that stage."
"Even the time function and measurement system of the world is different."
"The base time line is Truti, it is less than a micro second. The combination of 100 Truti is known as Taptara. A total of 30 Taptaras is called as Nimesha; which is about as equal as one second. A total of 18 Nimesha is called as Kastha. A total of 30 Kastha is equal to a Kala which is about equal to a minute. A total of 30 Kala is called as Ghatika which is nearly equal to half an hour. A total of 2 Ghatika is called Muhurta which is nearly equal to an hour. A sum of 30 Muhurtas is called as Ahoratram which is equivalent to a day."
"The measurement unit of distance is also different. There are 4 types of measurement units. Angula, Artani, Purusha, Kosa. Angula is measured as the legth of a finger. But it is fixed nearly as a measurement of an inch. The length equivalent to an arm length is called as Artani. It is equivalent to the measurement of one foot. Purusha is measured as the measurement of the body length of a human body. It is equivalent to the measurement of 2 meters. The Kosa is the distance equivalent of 3 kilometres."
Everyday is a new battlefield with the same type of battle as the day before. For 15 days Vasu runs 10 Kosas without any break continuously everyday. But compared to his agony of the last 2 months it is like water as compared to the venomous life before. Vasu never complained about the training and without any second thought he continues to run everyday. Ramabhadra was looking at the progress of Vasu for a long period of 30 days.
"Good Morning. So, you are going to run today also."
"What do you mean? You told me to run everyday."
"I know I'm the one who told you to run. But you can relax today. We are going to a place. Come with me."
"Ok, I understand."
"He didn't even ask any question about why did I stop him from running or where are we going." Ramabhadra thought it himself.
Ramabhadra led Vasu in to the forest. While walking he told him,
"Vasu you know you were too weak. You even didn't have any power, stamina or endurance. But after running 10 Kosas continuously everyday without break you have now a better stamina and also a better endurance."
"For increasing ones power you should increase the stamina and endurance first. Your body is made with 3 things; muscles, bones and blood. The blood flow controls the stamina of a man. The hardness of the bones affects the endurance of a person. The muscles defines the power of a man."
"A body has 3 things that make a body to move and do any work. Limbs, Heart and Mind. Your hands and legs are the Limbs, Your chest and stomach is the body part which contains the heart. Your head is the representative of your mind. In a battle keep these 3 things always in a symmetry. Limbs are the parts of your body that controls your actions. Heart controls your emotions and Mind controls your perception. If even one part of your body waver a tiny bit in an actual battle it will be fatal and not only you lose the fight but also you will lose your life."
"Virya is the natural flow of energy. It resides in everyone's body as well as it circulates in the nature.When you use your own 'Virya' the emission of aura shows your cultivation stage first. But when you gain enough understanding of 'Virya' your aura turns into a Guardian Soul. After that it shows your soul and nature of your Guardian soul."
"What is a Guardian Spirit?"
"Ohh, I have not told you about that. Guardian Spirit is the mirror of your cultivation. It shows how powerful you really are. They also shows the nature of elements you control like fire, water or ice. A man can have only a single Guardian Spirit but in some cases it can be a dual Guardian Spirit and the possessor of a Dual Guardian is more powerful than a single Guardian possessor. But there are also cases Some single Guardian possessor defeating Dual Guardian possessor. So what matters is how profound your Gurdian Spirit is."
"So, The Guardian Spirit also determine the power level of someone."
"It is not true but yes. It does determine the power level."
"So, what is your Guardian Spirit?"
"Mine. You will see when we reached our destination."
After a long walk they both reached in front of a big rock. The huge rock is as big as a hill. The rock is standing in the middle of a forest. It doesn't look anything special but the size of the rock itself is special.
"What is this rock? Where are we?"
"This rock is called Shaligram Rock. It is the a spiritual rock. It is also worshipped in some places. I found it while roaming around the forest. You can not even shake it up if you have not enough power."
"So, why are we here."
"Why don't you try to shake it?"
"Stop joking. Even there are like hundreds of people like me here, we can not even budge it a little."
He laughed loudly.
"You wanted to See my Guardian Spirit. Let me show you."
Suddenly the heat around Ramabhadra increased in a rapid rate. Electrical sparks began to come from his body. His eyes turned in to orange and glow as bright as the sun. A large Lion covered with flames is appeared behind him. He hold his sword in his right hand and chanted,
"Tremble, Vibrate and Destroy."
The enormous rock turned into dust remaining only 2 small rocks with some strange structure. It made him feel extremely excited and depressed at the same moment.
"So this is his Power. How much time and hardwork it takes to become someone like this?"
"Hey don't space out in the middle of the day. Do you seeing the hole. Let's jump into it."
"Uhh.. Ok."
They both jumped in to the hole under the rock. The depth of the hole is long and darkness is making Vasusena uneasy, but his determination to become stronger is not wavering a little bit at all. After a while sliding the hole they finally reached the ground. In front of them there is a long road leading them in to a cave. Without any hesitation Ramabhadra started moving along the road and Vasusena followed him behind his back.
