Well, I obviously couldn't find the Rozett but I am sure it was around my area and not far from me. I just had to be careful or the parasite would implant on me surely.
I guess the least I could do now was to check my own stats, whether my updated stats were good enough to take on Miya. As I am sure the Rozett wouldn't interfere with the fight as it would be watching my movement and waiting for the opportunity to implant the parasite.

Seeing those stats of mine, I could probably say that the monster was around level 26 or less. Maybe the Rozett in this world had been downgraded...
I sigh as I am not sure whether I could take on Miya or not. She seems to be powerful and I doubt that her stats would be lower than mine. I bet Miya was on level-
Wait a moment... I never asked Miya about her level before. Are her stats really that high? As it might just be my own assumption. I guess it's better for me to ask her level and then I could probably gauge her stats from that.
"Hey Miya, do you mind answering one of my questions?"
"What?" Miya looked at me pretty confused as I suddenly said, "Was this about the thing that we talked about before?"
"No, it's about something else." I paused for a bit, "I actually was rather curious about your level, you seem to be strong and I wonder if you're on what level?"
"I am not that strong, to be honest, there's a lot of strong guys in my order. I am actually one of the weakest as I was just on level 40."
Level 40!? It's far lower than I had expected her level would be but still, there was quite a huge gap between me. From my knowledge of the game, level 40 health points would be around six thousand and of the magic points estimated to be around one thousand or more.
Defeating Miya was not a good choice to be made, there's possibly no way I could defeat her or even try to knock her out.
That left me with only one option, which was to find the Rozett and kill it.
But how could I find the Rozett if the monster was hiding in the field at the moment? If only I had the ability to locate monsters using my stats scaling. It would be good but there's no way I will have that kind of skill because I feel like the system wouldn't want it to happen.
Maybe I should try to provoke it? As Rozett does have the intelligence to think and I am sure it could understand human words pretty well.
On second thought, maybe it wasn't a good idea after all. What if the Rozett does get provoked but doesn't show itself and instead uses Miya against me. If that happens, I would surely be in deep trouble.

It seems my luck in this situation wasn't all that great.
As I was thinking of a way out of this problem, I suddenly had a big realization about something. That was I couldn't die no matter what option I take. As it would be impossible for me to get killed.
Why? Because I am the chosen being after all. I have god watching over me and for that, I am certain that God wouldn't let me die after he went through all of the trouble to find someone that could assist him in... I don't know what God expects me to do but still the chance of me dying is low.
As I am the MC after all!
With that boost of confidence, I did something stupid and that was to yell out the monster's name and told it to come out.
"You coward monster, I know that you used a parasite on this girl beside me. Of course, I already know your location as well... I simply could kill you right now but I will give you the chance to escape only if you show yourself." I shouted all of that.
Did it work? I ask myself that question but I then notice that Miya had stopped moving all of the sudden. It seems like the plan did work... still where was the Rozett-

That sound, it was a rustling sound and it seems to be coming from over there. I quickly took a glance at that spot and I saw it... the monster, the Rozett that I have been searching for.
"What the heck are you!" I blurted that out.
Was this a Rozett? It was totally different from the Rozett in the game before. As all of the Rozett were supposedly female-type monsters and this thing was definitely not.
I could clearly see the thing dangling down... I can't unsee it and I surely don't want to look at it anymore. It Feels weird to look at a monster penis and what the heck happened to the Rozett type that I used to know.
Why the heck did the developer decide to update the monster character like this? Chronicle Legacy wasn't an 18+ game at all, it was just a normal MMORPG and if the developer really wanted to update it. Just make a more sexy monster and I'm sure the fan base would appropriate it.
But again this might not be the developer's fault as this was a totally different thing. As I am not in the game anymore, this was a real fantasy world.
As my mind was still in shock, Rozett suddenly talked to me.
"I'm surprised that you're aware of me, well it doesn't matter anyway... How about-"
I don't plan to wait for the monster to finish what it was about to say, because I know if I waited... it wouldn't be good for me. Besides this was the perfect opportunity for me to strike the Rozett and kill it.
