I could see that Lyon is trying to keep his composure here. Surely he doesn't expect that from Miya at all. But again I also didn't think that Miya was going to tell Lyon about the vampire...
Lyon then laughed as he said, "Ha! Still, I don't think vampires exist in this town, I have lived here for at least 15 years already and there's no sight of a vampire at all."
"I couldn't deny that but what I'm seeing is indeed a vampire... It might not have been here before but it certainly exists in this town now." Miya said as she then paused for a bit, "So that's why I would like Yei here to assist me in investigating whether they live in this town or not."
Miya still wants me to join her on this investigation even though I had refused that offer two times already. I never knew that Miya would be this persistent on something, I thought she would just let this one slide off like that.
"Sure, you could take Yei along with you... I'm fine with that-"
