The fire melts the vine slowly.
Pieces fall into my mana core and the fire flares.
My mana lightly collects at the base of my spine and swirls like an ethereal ball.
It mixes with my aura for the first time, like a gentle ball of gas being mixed with the rushing red energy.
The aura swirls in the ball of gaseous mana, before being pulled away with the current that is my blood.
Unlike mana, my aura follows my blood flow.
Slowly I follow the meditative method of House Mara and find that reaching my hypothalamus is not as difficult.
The tendril of mana I send through the swirling gasses seems to add velocity to the tendril, allowing it to penetrate the little nub of tissue.
What I felt, was not what I expected.
My mana tendril flies through the swirling balls and dives into my hypothalamus, sprouting in a space filled with electrical currents.
