I open my mouth with hollowed cheeks and continue eating.
"Do you believe me"? I ask while digging in.
"No, of course not" he replies as the sun rises over the horizon.
He pulls out the hiski but hasn't taken a single sip.
Too entrapped by the tale of immortality.
