Chapter 66 - LEARNING PROGRESS

It has now been three months since I first began taking the various classes. It was surprising for me that all my students were rather well-behaved and did not give me much to worry about. The council along with my father were the ones that had progressed the most. They already had a base to begin with and with enough dedication they became proficient with the two languages Hindi and Marathi. The classes for Urdu would begin soon.

The close family members of the ones sitting on the council were the slowest of all my students. They had become too used to being laid back and doing the bare minimum. Most of them complained for several classes about the most basic of inconveniences. It was only after their parents or spouses were finally involved that they understood that there is no way around their current predicament and gave up on their unnecessary refusal to study.
