After getting his permission to speak, I began by narrating that both me and my father were aware that the rumour that he is talking about was the newly constructed road in our kingdom. The reason that my father tactlessly asked for an explanation on the rumour was not to hide the information or mislead him but because the news that might have reached to the empire would surely have changed through many mouths and ears and the final news that had reached to them might not even be true.
