In Atlan City part of the Demon Continent people are scared to the elf because of their notorious deeds that end many powerful demons, although Lunari is young they fear them but the other thinks different, here in the Little Dragon`s mansion there is this official who I think is not afraid of dying.
"You want to buy my niece?! Have you gone mad?! Who do you think you are?! Leave before I your life finally forfeit!" She said looking at this fatso who appear suddenly out of no where, Lunari was hugging the Little Dragon right now probably scared in this people.
"A person like you want to by my people?" I said and he look at me, this fatso looks so perverted, although his official I don`t give a damn at all! "Icy said you could leave right? But did you asked me if I will let you leave this mansion alive?" I said and before he talked again I slash his head that shocked his body guards at the back and I do the same to the Bodyguard, after their head leave their body I started picking it up and go outside of the house.
"Those fools who have intention to Lunari, this is my last and final warning!" I said and throw their hear to the ground, when the heads hit the ground and roll at their feet I can see fear in their eyes. "Even if the current Demon Lord asked something stupid it`s the same treatment he will have." I said then close the mansion`s door again leaving those people who are watching the scene unfold, how did this happen you asked? Let`s go back a couple of hours ago.
While we finally settled in and the Little Dragon finally finish comforting Lunari we go out to do some shopping, the currency here is the same as the human continent, they are using gold and silver, we maybe having a hard time about our food supply because of the ever growing population in our town, but gold and silver... we have tons of it! specially this Little Dragon who live since the ancient time, who knows how many she accumulated all this years?
After we found a suitable hood for the Little Girl we started to hit all the shops in the city, the dragon and the elf is on a shopping spree mode, they are buying everything they want left to right, even those noble ladies around was shock how this two could pay everything they want, and for me? I only buy what I think is needed for the town, specially food ingredients processed or not I buy them all, the the little pup is carrying all that I buy and the other wolf is carrying what the other two bought, after half a day of spending money the two finally get bored on shopping and we hit the most expensive inn restaurant on the Atlan City, here many nobles and wealthy merchant is eating since it`s already lunch time.
Since we are in the restaurant we take the most expensive private dining area for us, of course since animal is prohibited inside the Little Pup has no choice but to change to his Demi-Human form, and I can see how irritated he is, like how silent he is in his wolf form he is also as silent in his demo-human form, he just sit there looking bored and wait for the food, if probably we are not hear he already take a nap in one corner of this dining area.
After our orders is serve we start digging in, of course the other diners is looking at us, why would they not look it`s like a mountain of food in front of us, of course why would we eat small portion? we have a bottomless eater the little dragon and the two wolves who devour their foods left and right like there is no tomorrow, although they eat fast they still eat will elegant, after all the little dragon is a queen and the two wolves are always with us when we are dining, they know table etiquette.
"This city is look like a rich town, if this the one defending those invaders from the human continent how come there are too many nobles here and less soldiers?" I asked and the Little Dragon smile.
"This is officially the nearest city near the abyss, many rare herbs from the abyss is falling in this city, of course nobles will want a peace of those natural treasures from abyss the ancient battle ground, and for those soldiers can`t you see the people here?" I asked and we look at the window.
"There are tons of adventurer here, not to mention there is a fortress near the city, that one is the one barricading the human invaders and where the demon invaders reside, not to mention, the City Lord`s Mansion is overseeing all the activity in the city, and those nobles too." The Little Dragon said and I just nod, A powerful City who sees the wind and storms of war everyday is a powerful city, in my train of thoughts someone suddenly appear to us, his a handsome devil but I don`t like those sadistic smile in his face.
"Hello travelers, I am the City Lord`s Young Master, would you mind making a deal with me?" He said, this person came here with no good intention, I met this kind of person like before I become the Demon Lord in the Three Realms, and since then I hated their guts, but Icy stand smiling, but I can see her smile is so fake!
"Hello City Lord`s Young Master, I am Ice, I am the Adventurer and this is my team." She said and this young master extend his hand and the Little Dragon accept it. "So may I know what deal we are talking about young master? I am after all an adventurer." She said I look at the other young nobles in his back and they are all chuckling like idiots.
"You see, I need a maid, I am interested in the elf companion you have, if you sell her to me I will pay a big amount of gold." He said and now the Little Dragon`s smile suddenly turned stiff. "Care to said that again young master?" She said now she has a frosty look in her eyes, this will turn into a massacre if I don`t stop it.
"We don`t sell a companion, leave before I change my mind and make you stay for good." I said and they all look to me... To be precise they are all glaring at me, wow this young masters surely grown with diamond spoon on their mouth.
"Who will you make stay again?" The Young Noble in the back said smirking, but suddenly the Little Pup move and soon his claw are just in inch on that young man`s throat, since the other can`t react in time they are shock to see one of their companion is get hostage.
"Release him at ones! Did you not hear what I said?! I am the City Lord`s Son!" He said again and the little pup just sneer, like he care if your the City Lord`s or the Demon Lord`s son.
"This is my one and final warning, we are not selling our companion, rather she`s not for sale, open this topic again and they little quarrel... You will not like it`s end." I said and stand then throw a couple of big gold on the table and we start to leave the restaurant, since this fool really annoyed the hell out of me, I don`t feel eating anymore, the others follow but few guards block our way.
"If you don`t leave our path your gonna die." I said. "Enough, let them leave!" The Young master said, but I know this is not the end, and like I thought it would be, one of the City Lord`s official appear and start negotiating with us on the mansion and that is what lead to this event, after I enter the mansion I saw Ice looking at my direction.
"Those people will not stop, since you killed an official they will soon throw their faces and attack us." Icy said then I nod and yawn. "Then let`s visit that City Lord`s Mansion, it`s time to deal with that brat and make a serious talk to the City Lord." I said and crack my hand, I am sure it will not be a smooth talk with the City Lord, but I don`t mind, It`s been a while since I mess with someone after all.
