The Princess twisted the doorknob as she stepped slowly into the room.
Tears were building up in her green orbs when she took a look at the lean and pale figure on the bed.
The beauty laying on the bed was dressed in a simple white dress which was covered by the duvet to keep her warm.
Her eyes were closed and her black long strands which were almost identical to the Princess's were left to spread their thick root all over the sheets.
Her face was pale and her lips, dried, due to the lack of food and water to keep her alive.
It was the sound of her breathing that convinced the Princess that she was alive.
"M-Mother?" the Princess choked out as tears filled her eyes.
"Divale," Lady Eebelle, who was in the room stood up to hold her cousin.
"Aunt is doing fine, her wounds have been taken care of and the doctor said she has a chance of survival as long as we give her the medicinal potion on time," Lady Eebelle said.
