The Princess uncrossed her legs as she heard the maids coming into her room to bathe her and dress her for the day.
As soon as they saw her already awake by this time in the morning, a surprised look came over their faces as this was a first.
They were usually the ones to come into the room and wake her up, most times, even drag her out of the bed but this was the first time they had seen her awake.
"Pleasant morning, girls, why take so long? I have been waiting for you," the Princess said with a smile.
The maids stepped in, uncertainly, as they proceeded to do their job without a single protest from the Princess.
After they had bathed and clothed her finely, the Princess stepped to the mirror and she stared at the reflection.
Today, they put her in a brown and cream dress that stopped just above her ankle. It was simple but she made look exquisite.
"Now, I would like to have breakfast outside," the Princess said.
