The Princess winced as her body awakened, pain piercing into every inch of her body.
She could hear some voices in the background which were making the ache in her head double.
"Please let my daughter go!"
She heard it again. It sounded like a female crying but she couldn't pinpoint who it was.
And why she was crying.
She tried to open her eyes but it proved to be a huge task on her end.
"Please don't do this!" She heard the voice again but this time, she recognized who it was.
"M-Mother...?" She let out gently.
Her eyes were lifted softly and the light that peeked in made her wince a little.
She could feel her body on the hard ground and her arms were aching as they were tied behind her back.
When she could finally open her eyes fully, she looked around to confirm where she was and who was with her.
