"Announce my presence," the Princess said she stood in front of the royal chamber where the King, her father, was situated.
"Apologies, Your Highness, but the King has a guest at the moment," the guard said and bowed.
"I'm here for an urgent matter, announce my presence right away," she said.
"But, Princess, the King-"
She didn't wait to listen to what he had to say as she moved forward and brought her hands up to open the door herself.
"Princess-" the guard was put in an uncomfortable position. He didn't know if he should try to stop her and get bashed by the spoilt princess or if he should let her go in and end up being chastised by the King himself.
Having no other choice, he let the Princess go into the room.
