"Take him back to the dungeons now before I colour his body black and blue," Lukel gritted and the guard moved to take Torel when they were stopped by someone.

"Wait," the Princess placed her hand in the air.

Everyone turned their eyes to her as they wondered what she was about to do.

"You want to see my mother? Fine, I will let you in," Divale said, to the shock of everyone watching.

Divale couldn't let them treat her uncle like a prisoner in front of Eebelle no matter how foolish he had been in the past, and the Empress was still his sister so she couldn't stop him from wanting to see.

"Divale-" Lukel stepped forward in concern.

"It's alright, Lukel. I will be there with him," Divale reassured but the frown on Lukel's forehead refused to vanish.

"Fine, but I will go in with you," he said and Divale made no move to argue because she knew he wouldn't listen anyway.
