Lukel moved his mouth to break the silence in the air but the Princess beat him to it.
"Don't," she muttered.
He frowned as he didn't know what she meant.
"Just don't say anything," she muttered and looked away from him.
"Don't thank me, don't ask me why I did what I did, just don't say anything,"
"I didn't do that because I wanted your gratitude or because of the feelings, I had for you. No, I did it because it was the right thing to do and I did it because of Mama Luna,"
"I did it because of Lekali and I did it because of little Sofai and the rest of the children. I didn't think of the pain you inflicted on me or the damage Kever did to me," she muttered and Lukel flinched a bit.
"I let go of all the hurt and betrayal you gave to me. I have forgiven you for it all and I no longer blame you," she said.
