"Congratulations!!!" Lekali jumped.
"Congratulations for what?" the Princess frowned.
"For finally being accepted into the Pack!!" Lekali beamed.
"Oh, Lekali," the Princess waved her hand.
"I'm being serious. Couldn't you see how everyone was so happy with you? Even my grumpy old uncle was smiling, they are finally accepting you for who you are and not what you are," Lekali said.
The Princess looked down as she smiled softly.
If what Lekali was saying is true, then does that mean that he-can Lukel also accepts her?
Her heart fluttered just by thinking of that possibility but then her subconscious knocked back and told her not to even think of it.
He would never accept her as a part of them.
She knew that for sure.
The Princess used her hands to caress the necklace she had been gifted slowly as she tried to imagine the reaction on Lukel's face when he would hear the news of what she had done today.
