I would be given back control of my body, and as painful as the heat was, I jumped for the blade. I had no idea what it would do, but there must have been some reason, some logic. I'd grab it with my left hand, and as I did, I felt flames surge through my body as it melded with me. I'd almost go numb form the pain, I couldn't even comprehend it. I'd become limp and fall to the ground, and I would be just in time to watch the mass surpass the wall like a tidal wave. The creature in my view, my hate for it had finally been completed, there was no more reason to trust or believe it, it was the devil himself.
