I had been lost in thought so long that by the time I removed myself from my unpleasant memories, we had already reached one of the islands. As wet set foot and hove on the lush, tropical, almost rainforest like retreat, he would let me down. Looking around, it was familiar, comfortable, it reminded me of where I was from, Jamaica, it was beautiful. I wasn't disillusioned though, we were many hundreds of feet above sea level, and looking at the waterfall that cascaded from the island above and crashed onto the island below, I was reminded that I was not on earth either.
