Saying that, Katherine started to push him out of her kitchen but before she could shove him away completely, Ethan pulled her towards him with a jerk and enveloped her in a tight hug..
Katherine's face hit Ethan's chest directly by his sudden pull but Ethan kept her steady by wrapping his arm around her waist..
Feeling him engulfing her in a comforting hug, Katherine too snaked her hands around his torso and embraced him with a small smile playing on her lips.
