It was only when she felt something sharp poking or more like biting on her cheek, then only she came out of her trance and yelped out in pain..
"Ouch!!"
Katherine rubbed her left cheek and glared at the person who was the reason behind her small pain.
"What was that?" She asked, narrowing her eyes angrily at him.
Ethan just gave her a sheepish smile and tried to play innocent with her.
Shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly, he questioned, "What are you talking about wifey?"
Knowing that he was trying to act innocent, Katherine thought to also play along with him.
"So you don't know what you just did, dear hubby?" Katherine asked in a sugar coated tone while arching her eyebrows at him.
Ethan who was playing all cool till now, literally gulped his saliva down knowing that he was completely doomed now.
Her extra sugary voice, that innocent look on her face contradictory to the evil smirk on her lips; every single action of her was giving him a bad vibe.
