Tilting her head up a little to stare into his eyes, she asked while resting her chin on his chest with a small frown on her forehead, "What is not forever, Ethan?"
Ethan who was in his own thoughts as he kept hugging Katherine with all his might, savouring the warmth of her body, jolted a little when he heard her sudden question.
It didn't even ring into his mind that Katherine was literary in his arms and she could hear everything whatever he was saying.
Thinking that, she must have heard everything from his mouth although it was just a low whisper to himself, he got a little bit terrified.
Even the thought of how to provide her with a proper explanation which would be quite believable to her, he felt tensed as the cold sweat started forming on his whole face..
