"Ok Jayden, we have to visit the doctor. I got an appointment. She is a pretty good psychiatrist. " Marco said cautiously to his son while they were eating breakfast. He and Jane had searched for a psychiatrist the day before. It was also very difficult for them to get an appointment. They didn't tell this to their sons as they knew they would oppose this idea. But he was concerned.
Jayden seemed to be loosing his mind. He was becoming paranoid. He was imagining a creepy old dude. Maybe he is hallucinating or maybe it's delusion. Whatever it is, it needs medical attention. This was the thought that made them book an appointment without informing Jayden or Braylan.
"But dad, I am perfectly fine! I don't need some psychiatrist to check me!" Jayden was exclaimed. He looked pale and he was fidgety. He was actually very nervous.
"Well, If you are fine, then it wouldn't hurt to go , will it?" Jane replied, adding some egg in Jayden's plate who seemed to forget that he was having breakfast a few minutes ago. Even Braylan had dropped his fork and was gaping at the parents, flabbergasted. Jane added some egg in Braylan's plate too.
" Will you two finish your breakfast now?" she said hitting their heads playfully.
"I am not hungry, mom!" Jayden said pushing his eggs and toast away from him. He slowly pushed his chair back and was about to get up when he saw it.

Braylan was mad at his parents. Why did they do it? He asked himself. Why would they force him to narrate the incident when they were not planning to believe him? It is a good thing that Jayden didn't mention anything about that night and the scar. He thought.
Jayden still had the scar of the triangle and 'S'. But he was doing a good job of hiding it. Braylan knew what to do. He and Jacob had planned it. If things were going to be the same, they would research about this and make sure that they contact some famous exorcist. He heard Jayden whimper. He turned around and saw that Jayden was vey pale and his face was covered with sweat. He was looking in space with scared eyes. Marco and Jane were eating breakfast. Jayden stood up and ran upstairs.
"I am not hungry either!" Braylan said, standing. and was about to leave when-
"You are not leaving young man! I allowed your brother to leave so that he will prepare himself mentally. You are sitting right here and finishing your food!" Jane said sternly and Braylan had no choice but to accept the defeat. He sat down with a groan and started stuffing his mouth with egg and toast. He couldn't go up right now, but he could eat as quickly as possible.
***************
Jayden had never seen such a thing. It was not human. It was wierd. It had black eyes with red eyeballs, eyeballs were shaped just like a cat. They were glowing just like a coal. The ears were more like horn. He had never seen so stiff ears. It's skin was reddish brown and it seemed to be bubbling. It was like watching really stagnant water boil. It was moving. No, it was spinning. It's body was spinning and not it's face. It's face was fixed and it's eyes were fixed on his face. Soon its lower body caught fire, then it was in fire till his throat.
"Soul..." With a creepy cold whisper, it's whole face caught fire and it disappeared. Jayden ran upstairs. Into his room. He went into the bathroom and stood under the shower. That is when he noticed the glowing triangle with 'S' on his left hand. It had healed completely over a week, and not even a scar was left. But now, he could see it glowing and no one had touched it. He quickly showered and got dressed. When he came out, he saw Braylan sitting on his bed.
One look at Jayden's face was enough for hin to know that something serious happened.
"What happened Jay? What did you see?" He asked calmly. A white faced Jayden explained him everything. The scar was still glowing faintly. Braylan didn't say anything. He sat there quietly.
" I don't want to go there. To the doctor." Jayden said after a few moments of silence. Braylan didn't reply.
"You believe me, don't you?"
No reply

Instead of going upstairs, Braylan decided that he should go and visit the public library. He and Jacob had investigated and found out that there were many non-fiction books on the possession, cursed objects and exorcism. He wanted to borrow some books. He and Jayden were members of the library so- no issues.
"Can I borrow these?" He asked the librarian politely.
"You are to young for this book." she replied.
"But I need it! It's important!"
"Hmmm ya! And may I ask why is it do important?" she asked staring Braylan as though he had used some curse words.
"I need it for..." His brain was working very fast. "For my homework. We have to write a true horror story with a bit of our imagination. I tried to find true stories on the internet but I couldn't find them. Please let me have these!"
"You will have to prove that you need it for your homework."
"Look ma'am I am not going to throw these away. I need it for school work. I am really out of time now." He replied trying hard not to show any annoyance. He had a strong urge to chuck that boring book the librarian was reading at her nose and then run away with the books he wanted. Instead he drummed his fingers on the table.
"You are too young for those books.. You will be scared. Your parents will come to me and ask me why I gave you those. No I am not giving them."
"Look I am not going to pee myself or anything o just want them for homework!" Sheesh this is one stubborn lady! He thought. It took a lot of time to persuade her but 20 minutes later Braylan walked out of the library with books he wanted, smiling from ear to ear.

"Bro I am talking to you!"
"Ooh is that so? I am your bro now." Braylan replied in a harsh whisper.
"What's wrong, Bray?" Braylan stood up. He was really tall. It looked like he had grown a couple of feet in no time.
"So I am your bro now!" Said Braylan in the same cold voice.
"Bray! What happened? No! You are not Braylan!Who are you?"
"I am your bro!" Braylan replied with a wicked laugh. Maybe it was Jayden's imagination or probably the reality, but Braylan's eyes were changing shape. Braylan was grinning and it wasn't typical Braylan grin. It was creepy.
"What are you?" Jayden asked in a scared voice and started walking towards the door with his eyes still fixed at the intruder. The door behind him shut with such a force that it made the window rattle.
"Where are you going little boy?" In just a second, the boy was now an adult sized man with bald head. He looked like human. But again humans can't just become some different person and then change back.
The man was smiling. He was holding the necklace in one hand and a diary in other hand. Jayden tried to open the door but the doorknob was not working and th door would not budge.
"What do you want from me?" He tried to sound braver than he felt.
"Nothing little boy, I want to give you something"
"I don't want anything, thank you."
"You WANT it!" The man replied and took a step towards him.
"NO! LEAVE ME ALONE!" Jayden replied, shrinking in the corner.
The man laughed heartlessly and started walking, taking small and slow steps.

Braylan opened the door and walked upstairs with all the books in his arms. But on a second thought, he walked back outside. He walked to Jacob's house and gave him all the books. His first instinct was to go to Samuel. But he was not involved in this and Braylan didn't have the courage to narrate everything to him so he gave the books to Jacob instead. He returned back to his room home only to hear Jayden's tortured screams. He ran up. He was not only the one. Jane and Marco were running too.
He was first to reach the room. Jayden's room was locked. He was banging the door with both the fists. The response was negetive.
"Jayden! Open up!" Marco said, banging the door and suddenly the door busted open. Jayden was lying on the floor, his face on the floor, blood oozing from his face.
"JAYDEN!"
